Kolam perlu penambahbaikan kerana banyak bucu tajam yang terdapat di dalam kolam. Ada penginap yang telah cedera dan berdarah dikaki 4. Tuala untuk kegunaan penginap dikolam disediakan tetapi terlalu jauh untuk mengambilnya 5. Kawasan parking tidak disediakan dengan baik

We were not able to clean and bathe in time for the event that we need to attend. Lights were dim. The building looks tired on the outside. And walkway looks dirty too. Dont think we will return to stay.

As this is a resort, we expect to have more varieties of facilities like mahjong rooms, billiard table, table tennis table, etc. On the other hand, the hotel room door needs some maintenance. My room 126 door is difficult to open.

General state of disrepair including curtains that didn't close and a bathroom door that also would close. The shower didn't get warmer than lukewarm. There is no alcohol served at the resort.

The check in time suppose to be from 3pm.,but only manage to check in for the 1st room at 4.40pm. the 2nd room was available only after 5pm. Knowing it is a peak season, the management should take necessary measure to ensure the housekeeping team could cope with the demand. Staying in lobby waiting for hours and being tired from the travel really sour my day.

Muhamad Danial (3/5): my first disapointing stay - room is spacious. enough for family of 5 with primary school children. the staff was warm and responsible airconditional is bad, need to ask for stand fan. room key is broken during the stay- not my fault may be out of batery. no elivator, i had a child with disability so need to carry up the stairs. the parking area for garden block is few and far hence difficult to unloading and loading our belongings from and to the car

Masok je bilik, slidding door terbuka, pintu conector terbuka, ade ganguan dr atas bumbung, dapat bilik exclusive tingkat atas sekali, tp bilik mcm ade org baru duduk, bau bilik seperti baru org keluar. Tuala mandi tiada sediakan, plug hampir semua x boleh pakai, hairdryer rosak. Kami kol reception lebih 10 kali x angkat. Buat aduan agar dpt ditukarkan bilik, tp staf die ckp , en jgn takot, xde ape2 tu, tu cuma bunyi paip air.. kami dtg nak berehat, tp dgn ganguan mcm tu rase xselamat, nak tidur pon berhati2.. lock pintu x secure.. org boleh masok dr conector door.. minta ion hampir 10 kali kol, tp xde org hantar, lps tu marah checkout lambat sedangkan kami menunggu ion xsmpi2.. janji nak hantar.. not recommended la hotel ni..

Malique68 (6/5): Transit overnight to HTJ.... - The great location within a serene park-liked surrounding and near to Hospital Tunku Jaafar. The TV was great with some watchable shows and near HD screen (not many hotels provided HD quality TV). The room's lighting was bright. The buffet breakfast price is considered cheap and with reasonable selections and tastes quite good. As we were rushing and required a quick breakfast, this was good, We had been to this hotel several times for the past 3 months, and normally, we stayed at a room for 2 pax. This time around, there were 3 of us, and I had booked a room for 3 pax. When we checked in around 11pm, we got to know that for 3 pax rooms, it was located on the lower ground floor, where we had to go down 2 flights of staircase and there's no lift. My wife had some knee problem, so she would not be able to down that night, go up again the next morning for breakfast and go down again after breakfast and lastly to go up again upon checking out. So we requested a change of room which was more accessible and were given a room with King Bed, where 3 of us would squeeze in. All seemed reasonable until we found out that the air-conditioning didn't really work. As we were tired and already past 12 midnight, we didn't bother complaining to the front desk, but it was a warm night squeezing 3 pax onto a bed. Upon checking out, we did inform the lady to look into the air-conditioning issue for that room. Maybe this was one of those unfortunate trips as we normally don't have issues staying here.
Jennifer (5/5): The staff is very courteous and pleasant. The receptionist was helpful and the buggy service - Not much variety for breakfast. The cleanliness. The external walls need repainting and the swimming pool walls do not look clean. When I accidentally stepped into level one of the low rise blocks, the whole place smelled musty. The steps of staircase leading to level 2 was not clean.

I want to suggest if regular customers stay at same hotel why don’t upgrade the room including breakfast. So far i’m not facing any issue with the service or else. Nurhaida (2/5): Terrible experience overall - Hard to find something we liked when our basic needs were not met. The room we got was not well maintained, and the aircon was not working. Had the room replaced but the aircon was still not cold so we decided to cancel our stay there to stay at another hotel. Staff tried to propose a solution but it didn't solve our problems. Tried to tell staff to compensate by other means since the room we booked costed more than the one they proposed, but staff just said no and didn't bother going the extra mile. Wasn't very customer-centric.

Upon checking in,there were damped carpet smell along the aisle to our room. after getting into the room,the aircon was not working well till we got to call the aircon maintanance guy to check.. Too tired to go out for dinner,decided to order Room Service.. To my dissapoinment,my food was all packed in TAKE AWAY BENTO SET and my drinks were packed as take away too.. paid for the normal ROOM SERVICE but this was super dissapointed.. i do really hope that KLANA RESORT to change your standard back to before COVID.. this is not ive been telling everyone how good Klana was.. i hope this is not my last time here..

Malique68 (8/5): Nice location to commute to HTJ Seremban... - The location to Hospital Tunku Jaafar abt 11 minutes drive. The location was quite serene and lovely surroundings with big trees and view of hills in the far. The breakfast surprisingly was quite good eventhough limited choices. The dimsum was very good but the steamer wasn't functioning well, hence it was quite cold. But it still very nice. The hotel from outside seemed a bit rundown. However there seemed some upgrades had been done in the room such as cabinets ie table & cupboard. The bathroom might need some deep cleansing.
