- phillip (2/5): - This hotel is 1 star hotel there are many reasons.. 1. Looking at Expedia website, its seem they have outside pool. The property doesn't have outside pool 2. Except for 4 bedroom villas all 3 bedrooms villas have very tiny pool, you will not enjoy the pool activities. 3. All Villas need 100 renovation for remodel, out date for least 10 or 15 years. 4. I had 5 children's to enjoy pool activities, but we didnt get to do that. 5. Make sure to read all memos for restaurant, because they do not have any restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 6. I thought this hotel had continental breakfast buffet, its my mistake for not reading all memos..people comes to your villas and make food.. if you ask extra egg they will charge you. 7. Can not cancel the reservation for 7 days, ruin my trip to Bali.

Huge palatial villa, great service, felt secure with family, daily pool and rooms cleaned, lovely breakfast and staff. Easy to locate street sign to villa and well known. Needs a little attention but worth the space and security and everything worked well. Great if hanging around Seminyak and surrounds.

The daily breakfast in the villa's was sensational. The location of the villas puts you right in the middle of the action of Seminyak but behind the Bintang Supermarket(so handy for grabbing food or more bintang!) so its quiet. We'll be back!

- ZHITANG (8/5): - Nice and spacious. Doors a little old and creaky but doesn’t spoil the experience too much. The water is a little (sulphuric) when you turn on originally but the smell goes away after a while if you keep the tap running. Overall, definitely value for money.
- Jonathan (8/5): - This was my second time at Sienna Villas. Both times I have appreciated the customer service, the quality of the accomodation, the comfort, and the daily breakfast. The downside is that all rooms don’t have a pool, and it’s a fair walk to the beach. The accomodation was fairly priced for a really nice place, but I’d reconsider staying there again without access to a pool. They have other apartments available though with a pool that are more expensive. I was also a bit disappointed that they kept strict to the 12pm checkout, when our flight was at 10:30pm, asking for a fee for a late checkout

The Sienna Villas provide breakfast at the villa, cooked by their own team and chef at the Villa kitchen. The villas are at a walking distance from the beach as well as a handful of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We stayed for 10 days and are already looking forward to visit again in 2020. Ketut, Demi, Made, Septiani, Frisca and Les were amazing and made us feel home. We will definitively go back again!

- Michelle (10/5): - The facilities and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble . The villa was huge. Air conditioning was terrific. The biggest boon was our own pool. Oh and the filtered water station in the utilities room which had a hot water facility on it as well. Perfect for us as we had a six month old baby so fresh filtered water (and not bottled as we are environmentally aware) was so important. Having breakfast cooked daily in the villa was terrific.
- Graeme (10/5): Fantastic break - Fabulous relaxing place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Pools were fantastic and well maintained as were all the grounds and the rooms. Breakfast every morning was delicious. First day we ordered massages for everyone which was a perfect way to start our trip. The minibus driver took us on a great bespoke tour where we could pick and choose where to see, which meant we could tour the island at our own pace. Took us to an amazing (and cheap) suckling pig restaurant and pattiserie. Location was great for shops and a few bars and restaurants. Hotel arranged for transport to and from any of the bars that weren't within walking distance of. Could not recommend this place highly enough and will hope to come back again.

- Nadia (8/5): Absolutely beautiful villa - The villa was amazing! So spacious and comfortable and the pool looked beautiful. Staff ensured the villa was clean at all times and would come in and wash dirty dishes etc a few times a day and were always friendly! Our flight was late at night so we left our luggage at reception and roamed around all day, on our return to pick up our luggage we were kindly offered showers by the staff to freshen up, they were so accommodating. Only small downfall was that the pool itself didn't have the sun over it because the position that it was in was mostly in the shade so the water was always cold and we rarely used it - maybe it should be heated otherwise overall it was an amazing stay!!

An ideal property for 3x couples as all 3 rooms had king bed, separate bath etc etc. Large living area with a spare bathroom downstairs. Pool a little disappointing (small). The picture on the website is of the big 4 BR villa which also has an enormous garden (the hotel staff were very kind to let us have a swim in it in-between guests.

These villas are really well located next to all the necessary amenities, supermarket, money changer, coffee and places to eat. Exactly what was needed at the start and end of the day. Staff are fantastic and really look after you. Nothing was a problem and any requests were happily and quickly attended to.
