- Sally (10/5): - It was convenient for our needs. You could tell they are upgrading the property which is needed. Our Family room was ok for one night as we were just transiting through. Our bathroom had been newly renovated but the rest of the room needs to be done. The room next door was going through a Reno and the building had been painted. If you have a trailer/van parking is extremely limited. Best to contact them beforehand. The person working there was was extremely helpful and friendly.

- Verified traveler (6/5): OK but I'd not stay again, though may suit some - Seemed quite 'tired' and in need of renovations for the rooms themselves. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently and was quite nice, though the sink was not one I'd have chosen, for practicality. The walls were quite thin and were annoying for noise. As we had to get up at 6.30, to drive back to Melbourne the next day, we wanted to go to bed at 9.30pm. Just before this, the people in the next room arrived and were very loud. They were talking, watching TV etc with no consideration to others. I could even hear not just that they were talking, but what they were actually saying. Thankfully I had my ear plugs, so could block out some of the noise of the traffic.

- Janette (8/5): A Great Overnight Stay - The manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and sent us across to Roses for an amazing breakfast. The ensuite has been nicely renovated with a rainforest shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet for a great night's sleep.

- Mark (6/5): - The manager 'Matthew' was very helpful and hard working. The bathroom did not have a ceiling fan and the room filled with steam when showering and made everything damp. The shower itself was 1st class and hot. It appeared the owners were updating the interior of the room.

- CPR Education (4/5): - This was not as the photos. For a newly renovated bathroom, water was dripping from the ceiling, not where any of the plumbing was, you had to hold the button down for the toilet to flush, there was a piece of plastic as one of the windows in the bathroom, there was only one power point free, to charge all my work essentials -laptops, phones, iPads, unless you unplugged the fridge or the air on. There was no detergent to wash up my utensils, the dispensers in the bathroom sink, soap, body lotion were empty, there was a dead cockroach stuck on the blanket I pulled out to use in the bed. The room looked nothing like the photos.

The shower head was fabulous and the supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was a bonus. The walls are a little thin though and it was very loud when neighbours used their shower. There is free onsite parking and street parking. It's a good option for a few night's stay in Goulburn. Very centrally located.

- Stacey (2/5): - The property was in the central retail district of Goulburn, which was convenient for meals and such. It is dated though, needs renovating. The bed was comfortable, bedding was standard motel style, so that was good. The shower area was clean, again, needs a little updating. NO SOAP! How can one shower with NO SOAP? I was very displeased. What was offered (and was empty anyway), was 'Shower Gel'. Who likes using that? Certainly NOT ME. There should, at least, be an alternative and offer a cake of soap. Regardless, there was NO SOAP! NO exhaust fan, which is annoying, maybe that's a personal thing. Coffee and tea offered but NO MILK! Wait, yes there was, a half empty carton in the refrigerator. Situated on the main road, there was no barrier to noise. I know it's not the motel's fault that extremely noisy motor vehicles decided to choose that night to make their presence known, but it didn't help with sleep. Staff was cheerful at check in. I didn't ask for soap or milk. I expected it and if it's not there at check in, that's not acceptable to have to ask. I'm disappointed.

It's a small, simple room, yet it's ALWAYS very clean & tidy, the room is always warm for you in winter or cool in summer, and the staff a super friendly.
