- Joanne (8/5): overnight stay - Service and food was amazing- from Reception to restaurant, I was greeted with a smile and very friendly efficient service, and the lady in the restaurant was very happy, pleasant and managed many people with both food and drink service. The food was amazing. I was alttle surprised by the outdated room, in comparison to the images on the web, very old musty smell, however, bed was comfortable and room size was great. Overall pleasant experience.

Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable but there were several maintenance issues and missing items crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was nice and good value. Overall, it just needs to lift it's game and get some quality and consistency. YMMV

The Motel had put foam all over the door in an attempt to sound proof but this doesnt work at all. I spoke to reception and they did move me to another room which was quieter with a strange layout. I went to have dinner at the restaurant as I had been driving all day and was exhausted, before I was even greeted the waitress said it would be a minimum hour wait as they only had one chef to service the entire restaurant. Overall, horrible experience and couldnt wait to leave at 5am the next morning

- alan (10/5): Very comfortable well placed to visit amenities - The room we had faced the main road but the distance from the road and the vegetation to the road was sufficient that we suffered no noise disturbance. The Hotel is a short easy drive to all of the city facilities and I would recommend a walk along the pier and breakwater up onto the hill.

Sheets had blood stains, stains on cushions, armchairs looked like they have never been cleaned, seat from dining table was absolutely filthy. Room was stocked with everything you required. bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. balcony for our room was at the back so was drab and not really inviting. Room was on 2nd floor so had to carry suitcases up. had dinner in restaurant. Food was very nice and not over priced. waitress was young and wasn't very engaging but got the job done. I had left some dresses in the wardrobe so I was very lucky that they were spotted by cleaning staff, we got a phone call and we were able to go back before we left Coffs.

- Sandra (6/5): - Feels like this place needs a visit from Alex Polizzi - The Hotel Inspector, for a makeover. There was a film of dust over most surfaces, highlighted by the fact it was dark wood which made it more obvious. We booked a king executive room. Toilet not cleaned with poop streaks in the toilet bowl. Bedside lampshade falling apart and blood stains on inside of pillow which should have been obvious when making up the bed. Whole place feels a bit unloved and probably didn't help that weather was wet and miserable during our stay. Restaurant closed as chef called in sick. Good points - lady on reception on arrival was lovely. Shower hot and powerful. Didn't get chance to speak to staff about any issues as we left quite early to be on the road.

- Jamie (10/5): If you're travelling to/through Coffs Harbour..... - A big thanks to David and the team in Reservations for being flexible with my daughters arrival and accommodating our requests despite not being obligated to do so. We will stop there every time we travel through Coffs, no doubt about it. A great resort and great staff !
- Fiona (6/5): - We had a mixup with our booking (entirely our fault!) and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The room was quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. Rooms at the front of the property get lots of noise from the highway. The microwave in our room was quite dirty and cobwebs were visible in the corners of the room ceilings. Ok overall.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a good experience - The photos and information overrate the place. We were upgraded to a room below ground level. Outside table and chairs were not clean. AC was in-wall so only on/off at the wall, furniture old and the bed gave us the worst nights sleep we had had in a long time. At 4am Qld time we had had enough and left to come back to Brisbane.

- Natalie (8/5): - We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.

- Anita (6/5): Just ok but won't be back. - The bathroom was not clean and this was apparently an upgrade! No hand towels supplied. They did change our room which we were greatfull for, but seam confused that the room was dirty as there cleaners are so reliable. Apparently not!
- Emma (10/5): Great hideaway! - I had difficulty finding the hotel as the suburbs had changed and gps wasn’t recognising the address, the receptionist I called in a panic was amazing, she talked me through my anxiety and gave me crystal clear directions. I was there in minutes! Soon arrival she offered me water and made sure I was ok. My room (24) was upstairs and very spacious. The shower head was leaking a bit but that’s ok the pressure was fine. Everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome! If I have to give anything a negative, it would be that the mini fridge was turned to 0, which meant I had to try keep the food and drinks I had in a cooler bag chilled with my melted ice bricks until the fridge was ready to use. Other than that I appreciated the quiet and slept very well! I did not get the chance to jump in the pool, but will definitely be booking again !

- ashley (2/5): - Pathetic staff would not recommend to anybody very aggressive owner told me he would throw me off the balcony due to a mistake I made. They also told me they will not accept any customers from the area of 2450 and 2452 which I find very rude as we are locals. Do not ever stay at this motel as other customers also told me the management is unacceptable and very rude and pathetic everything was clean and acceptable but the staff do not treat you as a human being and do not like the locals of our town. Easy a 0/10

- Debbie (6/5): - I was really looking forward to staying here. The property was well presented, lovely tropical grounds, large well presented rooms but the bed let the whole experience down. Everytime I turned in bed I could feel the springs. So unfortunate the owners havent addressed this problem and updated the mattresses after looking at other people's reviews saying the same thing. It turns the establishment into 3 stars in my opinion.

- Hemant (2/5): - Poor facilities, dinning not open on site, inconveniently located, poor service, run like a third world country resort, negative environment!. Payed a high rate of $350 a night for 2 nights but stayed 1 night please refund the other nights cost. Spoilt my long weekend!
