Access instructions could have been better, we hadn't encountered a door pad like that before. Everything we needed was there, including firewood for the slow combustion fire. It’s only a few minutes drive down the hill to the town. Chris’ Restaurant is very handy to the accommodation. The most incredible views from our lounge area. Would highly recommend All was perfect!!
- Celia (8/5): - Good sized space high up overlooking the sea. Plenty of hot water, washing machine and pegs to hang washing outside. Balcony with BBQ . Everything necessary to cook in kitchen space. A small amount of coffee, tea and milk supplied. Extensive views and natural ground around the property. Bed comfortable with good, thick duvet but very fat, firm pillows. Worth knowing that it is a significant drive up from the main road ending in a steep, narrow and unsealed track with an abrupt turn in. This provides the views but in the rain was a bit nerve wracking and at night would be worrying so we weren't inclined to go into town in the evening. No personal contact with the owner other than a brief note about which chalet on the door of the office. No internet but that is a choice. No dishwasher. Very fat, firm pillows with no alternative which didn't suit my need to use a thin pillow for my back. Maybe provide one of each for choice.

- Alona (5/5): Annoying administration - Beautiful view I recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the fireplace, especially since the weather was already quite cold. However, during my stay the fireplace was not working. I don’t think it’s fair to pay the full price when such an important feature is unavailable. I also found the administration quite intrusive and inflexible. I was told that staying with a child is not allowed unless I book a larger and more expensive villa, even though my child sleeps in the same bed with us. This felt unreasonable. There were also unclear restrictions, like not being allowed to use a drone, without any proper explanation. On the day of departure, the experience was particularly unpleasant. At 10:05, I was already being rushed to leave, with knocking on the door and calls insisting I check out immediately or pay extra. I even suggested that the cleaners could start while I was taking my bags out, but they refused. Overall, due to the constant pressure and lack of flexibility, I would not choose to stay here again.

- Graham (10/5): Fantastic view from comfortable villa. - The view from the villa was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the sea with Apollo Bay in the distance. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Kitchenette was fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Also nice to have outside furniture to just sit and admire the view with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset. Just a 10 minute drive to Apollo Bay for shops and restaurants. We loved it and will stay again.

Fireplace had a sign that it’s not operational although e looked and chose this apartment specifically for this reason. It ended to be a hot night so didn’t need to use it though so it didn’t matter. Just worth considering checking it out before booking

- Weiqiu (9/5): - 这家住宿在山上，必须得是自驾游才能住…所以周边的生态环境确实挺好的，而且房型配的照片基本上所见即所得！我们定的三层平台的海景别墅，那真的是无敌海景，而且晚上我们还看到了银河！ 房间配套设施也还可以，该有的都有，我觉得是一个适合度假的地方，就是得多住几天那种哈哈哈。如果是赶路，可能还是适合住在阿波罗湾的小镇上。 关于服务，应该还是挺好的，线上沟通比较顺畅，但是要房间密码的时候需要打电话，英文不太好的有点紧张啊… 房间里配套的家具有点老旧的感觉，沙发上有印子什么的，其他都还是蛮好的。

- David (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We would definitely go back. - Loved the location. The view of the bay and town was excellent. Away from the town but close enough to get there quickly. The appartment was spacious and appointed well. It was not luxurious but very comfortable and clean. Kitchen and laundry were great. One small issue we had while there was dealt with quickly. There was no personal contact or interaction face to face with anyone at the location. All communication done by phone even to get entry to the appartment. There was no WiFi. The window in the spare bathroom was partially open and couldn't be closed. Since it was cold outside during our visit the bathroom was very cold.
- Phil (8/5): Stunning views - Stunning views, regardless of whatever the weather threw at us. Lovely and clean. Everything was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Whilst semi detached, we didn't hear our neighbours. The fact that we had a kitchen for preparing meals, I would have assumed there may have been some basic extras like aluminium foil, oil for cooking etc. Also, for the price, a percolator or coffee machine would have been nice, instead of really bad instant coffee and 4 teabags.

- YANG (7/5): 一般，只住一晚体验一样还可以 - 阳台外面景色很不错，干净程度还可以 吹风筒太脏了，很厚的灰尘，粘粘的，一点都不想碰这个风筒；限制要求太多了，屋子里没有垃圾桶，都在外面，要求把垃圾都扔到外面不然要罚款，不能理解；床旁边的衣柜有很大的镜子，对着床，半睡半醒起床会吓一跳

- Andrea (7/5): - The location and view were exceptional. Topped off by seeing a koala in the trees and some beautiful birds. Upon opening the door there was a strong smell of spicy food which had not been eradicated by the cleaning process. Having advised the owner of the property, she advised us to ‘ open the window and spray some air freshener ’ as well as being advised ‘this was not their fault’. We also discovered a used wet wipe under the sofa and the kitchen had not been adequately cleaned.
- Mansi (10/5): - Location is great have stayed a few times Upon arrival we were told there was no booking made under our names for the respective dates 26th Dec to 29th Dec. Literally skipped the heartbeat given the area was so busy, plus we had all the confirmation from booking.com and the receipts from the bank card showing successful payment done for the booking. Luckily someone had cancelled their booking the very same day and the property guys managed to get us into that room. But we were literally shocked with the experience at first when we got told that booking.com had a glitch when you made this booking on 17th Dec, it booked & showed as confirmation to me but nothing was sent to the property, which was very hard for us to believe given booking.com is a big platform and this has never happened to us ever. Anyways a very weird experience that makes me think to book directly with the properties going forward. If they had jo cancellation we had to pretty much drive back home that is 300kms away and our holidays would have been ruined.
