• Joon (1/5): But this time around wasn't the same as the first. - This was our second visit, as we were pleased with our first experience. But this time around wasn't the same as the first. The carpet and toilets were dirty. Debris was all over the carpet on both floors, not just around the edges. There was hair on the toilet floor and in the bathtub, and a poop stain on the toilet seat. I had to clean it to make the seat clean enough for my five-year-old daughter to use. The gas-burning fireplace keeps turning off. We asked staff to clean the carpet, but a young woman brought a heavy vacuum cleaner that was very difficult to move around, instead of a backpack professional cleaner. I saw her struggling to vacuum the carpet with such heavy equipment, and we let her go. The carpet remained unclean.

• Katefirmin (8/5): Peaceful area and spacious apartments. - Really lovely place to stay. We had the 2 bedroom apartment. The beds were comfy, the place was clean. Both bathrooms had spa baths that were huge! Very spacious apartments. Loved the location, on a quiet street with beautiful trees and a cute park across the road. Only 1.5km away from great cafes. The only negative thing we experienced was the tv upstairs wasn’t working and reception closed at 4:30pm so we couldn’t ring anyone to come fix it. But other than that we loved it.

• David (9/5): Great place to explore the upper blue mountains. Very quiet location and easy to access. - The two bedroom apartment was great for two couples. One couple had their own space upstairs and downstairs the other couple had privacy but a lounge and dining area to gather. Also good that there were two parking spaces. No dislikes that are worth mentioning.

• Brian (6/5): Great location but property in need of some TLC - Location was great - within walking distance of Wentworth Falls tracks. Very quiet - no traffic noise. Place is looking very tired and in need of renovation. The loft apartment we stayed in for 2 nights was OK but the bathroom is overdue for a re-fit. You had to stand in a huge spa bath to have a shower. There were other signs of neglect - front security screen door was broken and the handle on the main front door looked like it was about to fall off. TV just suddenly stopped working on the second day. Nothing major but enough to put us off coming back for another stay.

Steps were really narrow and steep and back steps and parking area are poorly lit. Bare minimum of tea coffee milk, no pods for the machine. Cups were tiny, with no mug option. No Tongs to serve food. Very limited service house and no clear back up to ask for assistance.

• Kris (10/5): - Lovely retreat. Phenomenal staff. A leafy get away which was exactly what we wanted. Obviously our fault but not any facilities to do anything on the property i.e restaurant, bar but close enough to other things.

• Rainer (7/5): Völlig usreichend - Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Rezeption ist nur temporär besetzt (am Mittag niemand da). Kontakt über Mail möglich. Relativ steile Treppe zur oberen Wohnung.
• Alex (10/5): A restful time retreating into the Blue Mountains. - The property is well kept and clean. The Jacuzzi was clean and fully functional. Very useful after the difficult trail walks. The grounds were well curated with lush planting and the surrounds in an immersion into nature. It is a short walk to the Wentworth Falls Reserve and a short drive to the Conservation Hut. The staff are friendly and Christine was really helpful in arranging some accommodation requests that we had due to different arrival dates of our family. She was still very cheerful even as she kept the office open on Good Friday weekend for the arrival of guests. Nothing. Perfect quiet retreat for those who wish to have peace and privacy.

• Hanspeter (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage unweit der Wentworth Falls - Wenn man mit zwei Schlafzimmern bucht, bekommt man zwei übereinanderliegende Appartments. Beim unteren ist zusätzlich eine Wachmaschiene und ein Tumbler, sowie eine vollständige Küche vorhanden. Im oberen gibt es keine Waschmaschiene und Tumber und die Küche ist minimal. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der unteren Wohnung has der Gas Ofen nicht funktioniert.

• Jessica (9/5): A homely and welcoming stay. - We had a full unit (2 bedrooms) which was huge for our family of 5. The location was great, easy to find and just a short drive from all the Blue Mountain attractions. The kids loved the spa bath! The bed was very comfortable after a long day of exploring. Staff were really friendly and helpful and let us check in early as the room was ready. Great value for money. The property and all the furnishings felt rather tired - it was like stepping back in time! But we had everything we needed and it was all spotlessly clean.

• Frank (9/5): Super Unterkunft für mehrere Tage - Die Anlage, gruppiert um einen zentralen Platz mit Springbrunnen, ist gut gestaltet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas entfernt vom Tourismus überlaufenen Katoomba, aber sehr nah zu den Wanderwegen zu den Whentford Falls und weiteren. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig gestaltet mit zwei gegensätzlichen Balkonen, einer großen Sitzecke und einem breiten Bett. Das Rezeptionspersonal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

• Douglas (10/5): A fantastic stay, and we will be back soon! - The accommodation was exceptional and well appointed and close to the heart of the Mountains. The bathroom with spa was a highlight as was the back "courtyard" that looked out on to the natural surrounds. There was not much to complain about. A proper Nespresso machine, instead of the cheaper imitation machine would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker by any means.

• Shirin (8/5): Great location and super spacious. - I loved that it is very close to Wentworth Falls and it's fairly secluded. The apartments are surrounded by nature. I loved the SPA. It filled up fairly quickly and the apartment is super spacious! There are also 2 balconies to choose from which I found was amazing. There was smoke smell at the entrance which was a little unpleasant.

• Hwee Ping (4/5): Did not meet expectations of an advertised luxury retreat. - Property is located in a nice environment. Bathroom big with jacuzzi. Bed is comfortable. Unit not cleaned well. Oven was so dirty with food all over - quite gross. Had to tell the reception staff who came to clean it with apologies. Also told staff that plates cutlery in drawer were also dirty with dried food stuck on it and difficult to wash off. Sofa seats in living room had visible very big patch of stain - looks like they have not been cleaned for a long time. Kettle had a big patch of brown stains at the bottom so we did not even dare to use it.
