The apartment was clean, comfortable and well set up for work, with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable place to stay for a business trip, and I would be happy to stay again.

• Nikolas (9/5): Excellent, walking distance to everything. - I did the dust finger test on all the door frames and paintings and the room passed with flying colours. I forgot my phone charger brick at home, and I was lent one for free. Also, I was lucky enough to be given a free upgrade from your basic studio to an apartment. BONUS! Hardly a complaint, but if I had to be picky, I'd say the slightly outdated look of the venue. All the curtains and blinds were black that gave a very 90's and dark feel to it. Maybe upgrade to some earth tone blinds and upgrade the look of the lighting to give a more modern feel.

• Fiona (8/5): - Spacious king one bedroom apartment. Excellent room facilities - oven, stove, microwave and plenty of cooking utentils. Very comfortable king bed. The charge of $150 for the sofa to be turned into a bed. It made the stay very expensive. Instead of $250 for a night it turned into $400 to accomodate an extra child who slept on the sofa bed.

Very happy with Quest Sale, exceeding my expectation and the service was great which they upgraded us to a bigger room with air conditioning in the bedroom as I requested. The photo's of the property that I viewed on Booking.Com, were not exactly true representations of the actual (Studio) Unit that I stayed in (no fault of the Staff at all, I might add). My Unit was smaller than what I anticipated, but that being said - a very pleasant stay overall & made even better by the delighful Staff that I was greeted with.

Soundproofing is excellent. Modern tasteful furniture made for a great weekend. What superb value! Why oh why do you have to travel to regional Victoria to experience these standards!? Inner-Melbourne, take note! Very little, but if I had to nitpick it took me a while to work out the main rubbish bin was hidden in a kitchen cupboard...also, those mini-bar prices!!!

• Lorna (9/5): we were in Sale for a family funeral, would use Quest again when in Sale - Location was great, we supplied our own food. was great to have heating to warm us Queenslanders up, was easy to park, and go where we needed to go. On arrival, there was no tea towel or dishwashing liquid. The wash basin in the ensuite leaked, water was in the cupboard below, spoiling what was in there. I reported it, and it was fixed that day. The next morning, there was still leakage, though a lot smaller. I reported the issue to the staff, who were going to have it fixed.

Room was not very clean, stains on carpet and lounge chair, kitchen floor looked like it had not been washed in weeks. Used shower cap hanging behind bathroom door.
