• Christina (1/5): - Bed was commfy Bathroom door didn't close.Dirty.Fridge smelly and had water in it..Lights not working.Leaky water in bathroom.Draft under sink, We didn't have a shower and left as soon as we could.5 am. 2 piddly soaps and 2 piddly towels.2 little cups( only) The room had been painted without removing any furnishings .Very poor. Disappointed asit is on your website.I would think with so many negative reviews you would remove it.We thought we were back in a third world country..We had to pay to pay a deposit of $20 for the tv remote and key. My review is a negative 10/10.

• Joe (1/5): Terrible. It shouldn’t be allowed to run its business. - Nothing. Felt uneasy. It wasn’t clean. It was a bit off putting. Cold feeing. Felt as if a criminal had stayed in it before. The area inside the property felt dodgey
• Jo-Anne (2/5): Cheap enough but I would definitely pay the extra and stay somewhere else - The location was good The room is old and dirty. There are permanent residents that seem to be living there. Feels like a crack den scene.
• Kelsey (2/5): Don’t book unless you are desperate. - The location to restaurants. There are long term residence there that made us feel unsafe. They were friendly enough though. The facilities were old and mouldy, the building felt very run down. It said there were irons, etc but nothing was provided. The milk in the fridge went off in September of 2025. They also took a $100 holding fee.

• Caitlin (4/5): Unclean room. - It’s close to the centre of town. There was mould growing on the in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and bedroom.

• Jacob (1/5): - Our room smelt disgusting and was filthy, bathroom hadn't been cleaned the shower had mould, hair from whoever had our room prior and was brown at the bottom of the tiles. Shelving above kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Bedding had yellow stains and so on. It was so disgusting we ended up leaving and they have now ended up refusing to give us a refund even though we didn't even stay one night.
• Helen (5/5): Good location for a quick overnight stay, though it's very 'tired'... - Good location close to town This motel is tired, needs a good make over inside and out. Rom is 'standard' though one towel per bed, no bathmat or hand towels. Staff at front desk, not friendly. (It appears there are people living in some rooms - or 'long stay'). The better option is to stay across the road at the Riverside Motel (owned by the same people), it is a better option..,

• Martina (8/5): Great trip all up would definitely book here again. - It was a great place to stay especially on a budget. The beds were comfortable the air conditioner was (mercifully - it was 44 degrees outside on Sunday) cold. The tv was a good size and the mini fridge worked and the freezer in it kept the ice cream firm. It was so close to everything that we could walk everywhere to shops to cafes and bars. It's not luxurious but we enjoyed our stay. Pillows were not great. We need more pillows.

Dirty room with cockroaches, lights not working, large amount of bugs in light shades, new carpet tiles not finished(possible trip hazard), liquid stains in cupboard, tea & coffee not replenished, stains on bath dowels, shower tap falls off.

• Karen (4/5): Stay close to Windsor town Centre - cheap and nasty - Location was great. Close to main shopping centre and pedestrian area. Lots of cafes and shops close by. Remote for TV did not work. Wifi code did not work. I had to stand on a chair to turn on a very old Air Conditioner but it did work.

Don't yell at people and don't insult their intelligence. Place their credit card on the counter Instead of throwing it. Spray the room for cocroaches. Disgusting them crawling all over the place. Provide a second pillow. Otherwise a good experience.

• Karen (1/5): Don't stay here. Read the other reviews. - Nothing Room was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile, staff were rude. Bed was extremely uncomfortable (way too soft, I sunk into the bed) and was very itchy after staying there. It's not hard to clean a room. The owners are clearly not interested in making the stays comfortable or care about cleanliness.

• David (1/5): No stay - Was there, reception said fully booked, no room for me. In the evening when I stayed in other hotel, reception called me said got one available. Too late. Now don’t how to get my money back
• Helen (2/5): Very brief and never again - The price and the sheets were clean Checked in at 8 pm checked out 10pm couldn’t stay in there any longer too many spiders that came out from under the aircon ( which was above your head )couldn’t adjust the fan on the aircon either no cover on the fan in the bathroom wont stay again I know you get what you pay for but I definitely didn’t pay for the inclusion of the spiders whole room is very outdated
• Maurice (2/5): THESE PREMISES NEED PULLING DOWN. - The Shower was good Hand basin took about five minutes to drain. Toilet filled up completely before slowly draining, at tires would not drain the stools. There was a sewerage smell in the room ( No 8 ) The room had been painted about 50 years ago by a blind person. The bathroom door could not be closed as the hinges were so rusty that they had swallon quite badly. No fly screen on windows.

• Trevor (4/5): The stay was ok, but these rooms were well below average. - Staff reacted to a blocked toilet with some haste which was pleasing. The toilet was suffering partial blockage prior to our arrival. Rooms were in need of renovation, poorly painted and subjected to significant traffic noise at times.

• David (4/5): An old budget motel poorly maintained and disappointing. We won’t stay there again and I’ll keep hassling them for my re - The bed was reasonably comfortable and we had a good shower though the shower screen was filthy. I had to pay $50 on check in, to room 19 located across the road and upstairs from the main site, which was in addition to the Tarif, for the room key and TV remote and although these were returned on check out the next day, I’m still waiting for the refund five days later. The toilet cistern was falling sideways from a broken bolt and although the sheets were clean, the blanket on the bed was filthy. Twice I have rung about the refund of $50 and still it hasn’t appeared in my account.

• Phil (2/5): - Don't stay here, don't book here! Staff rude and obnoxious. They blamed their misunderstanding of the booking details on the guests, changed the the story of what actually happened and refused to authorise Wotif to process a refund when the guests did not end up staying there. Rude staff referred me to the manager who was just as rude, obnoxious, dismissive and unhelpful. I don't know if this is how the hospitality industry is run in India but I expect better treatment than that. Avoid this property at all costs and if anyone at Wotif is reading this you should remove them from your listings.

• Lisa-Mari (4/5): If the pillows didn’t stink of cigarettes it would have been bearable.. like I said you get what you pay for.. - It was central- you get what you paid for.. It was dirty, sheets was clean and the pillows stank of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm was covered in tin foil, I’m assuming it was because of the steam of the bathroom but the bathroom door couldn’t even shut because it was tiled incorrectly. Upon check in, we were handed the rooms tv remote control, didn’t even work, batteries were all banged up, very unsafe.

There are also individuals using drugs living here. This motel should be shut down immediately unfortunately i had to stay. The owner dose not care one bit.

It appears to be in need of an update and looks a little tired, the extras like tea and coffee were meagre and there were no biscuits BUT it is eco and reasonably priced. I have stayed several times and would again.

• Selesa (4/5): - It doesn’t have all the necessary or available things they said it should have at the motel. My daughter and I have bed bug bites all over our body. We only spend two nights. Some left over food scraps up in cupboards. The mini bar fridge in the room freezers everything.
