• Benjamin (7/5): Not the best quests out there - Location is excellent It doesn't feel like a quest hotel and I've stayed in a lot of them. This seems outdated the staff are not quite up to the standard expected from a quest hotel even though they were good they just weren't willing to go that extra mile I've come to expect from staff at quest hotels. Perhaps a stint at either Homebush, Chatswood or Perth quests would help the staff here. The beds were two single beds joined to together which is quite uncomfortable. However the location is great if you have an early flight. Personally however there are other hotels like the Pullman and holiday inn near Sydney airport doing it way better than the quest which is a real shame because quest hotels tend to be really good.

My room had everything I needed, coffee, tea making facilities, microwave, fridge etc. My room was spotless, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10. Need to define the meaning of "courtesy". Finding the pick up point for the courtesy bus at the airport. The web info did not translate to the actual place for pickup and it was a huge walk to the other end of the terminal and through a car park when we did find it. Lack of knowledge from reception staff as to where we could find somewhere to eat or buy food. Found a place eventually but this with no help or directions from reception staff or even interest from them that we needed this information.

It was a comfortable stay too with good amenities such as the kitchenette and laundry, and bed was decent … especially if you’re staying more than 2 nights. Only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the couch… not a biggie however, since we stayed for about 4 nights and spent a lot of time in the hotel relaxing, the couch itself was uncomfortable and there was no TV in the bedroom so we had to sit in the lounge feeling very uncomfortable. Would be awesome if the couches would be replaced with something much more comfortable :) Regardless I would still come stay here again!

Great room with good kitchen facilities - The reception staff were very kind, helpful and when I checked in and out both people were great. The area didn't have any appropriate lighting in the street after dark, made it difficult to navigate walking back from the shops.

• NARELLE (10/5): I would recommend the quest to family and friends - So clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful talking to over the phone as I arrived 11.30pm and made it very easy to make my way to my room. There was quite a bit of noise through the night, don't know if it was in or outside the building.
