The location was perfect👌🏾being nice and close to the town center, beach, pubs and clubs and various eateries all within walking distance. ❤️But above all this was the service from the staff, it was exceptional. 🫶🏾The staff were friendly, attentive, kind and helpful making our stay and those at the resort feel extremely comfortable. 🤗👌🏾Denise was such a lovely staff member, definitely the face of Venus Resort. From our first encounter with her until the day we departed Denise went above and beyond ensuring our stay was a wonderful experience. 👌🏾Her warm happy nature was welcoming, she was super thoughtful and extremely kind making our anniversary a relaxed blissful celebration. I could give her a great big hug right now. Thank you Venus Resort, staff and the entrance for an absolutely wonderful stay 10/10. Warmest regards, Gina and Misi. - Cassandra (5/5): It was ok, although for such basic amenities it was also pricey by comparison to other places in the area I’d likely sta - The woman who welcomed us was lovely, she also wished us goodbye and was exceptionally pleasant Our room smelt like chemicals, the cleaning products smell was very overwhelming, Made my husband when I feel sick breathing in the room, we tried to air it out before leaving for a dinner with friends however when we arrived home the smell was still there. It was overwhelmingly overpowering.

- LU (9/5): Great choice to rest at night while visiting the area, but not staying in the resort all the time. - I liked the room and space of parking. The room is not big but designed smartly, feeling spacious and very convenient. Very clean and large beds, which is perfect for travelling family, so we get good rest every night. People are friendly, not only the staff, but the neighbour guests. I reckon it was the overall relaxing environment and good sleep that making people happy so kind to each other as well. It is a small resort. Probably not like a typical resort in my mind. We didn't go to swimming pool because more than one family would feel a bit crowed already. Anyways, the location is close to the beach so we enjoyed ourselves in the bigger "swimming pool".

Diggers, The Entrance, a block away. 15 minute walk to The Entrance main centre. The wifi wan’t strong. It kept dropping out. People were smoking outside our room so we couldn’t open the window on arrival to clear the musty smell in the room. The aircon helped to air the room. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows so they could be left open when the smokers weren’t there.

- Helen (7/5): Stress free - The staff were really kind and followed up promptly. Self check in/out and the code access to the rooms. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Free parking on site. Easily accessible by the public. There was a suspicious man knocking on room doors late at night swearing to himself, this didn’t make us feel that safe. Bathroom walls were a bit dirty otherwise room was pretty clean and tidy.

Now we left loving the Venus Resort and especially the hel - Loved the locking mechanism on the door, felt really safe! My husband loved that the room wasn’t carpeted, he was dreading walking on carpet because we arrived in the pouring rain! The shower! It was quite awkward to get in and my husband turned the shower head away so we could turn the water on to try get a warm not hot shower.

- Nikolas (3/5): Disappointed and overpriced for poor and uncomfortable facilities . - It was clean and close to restaurants. The staff were lovely. There was no sink and water in the kitchenette. The lights were too bright ( it was clinical ) there were no dimmers or bedside table lamps. The mattresses were too hard and the pillows were too soft. The electric door lock for access into the room was a nuisance. It didn’t register every time you touched it ( eventually locking you out ) . Also the balustrade leading up the stairs to the spa outside was flimsy it gave way and almost collapsed on me . ( oh&s) occupational health and safety issue! DANGEROUS

The location on the main road extremely loud and noisy. Would not recommend or return to this place

It is so close to town so you can walk there with ease, eat at the many pubs or cafe's. Friendly staff Chantelle was helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations. Will definitely come again to this hotel. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. None
