- Maddison (9/5): Loads of fun and plenty to do around the park. - Cabins were spacious and the water park was amazing for my children. No aicrons in the rooms. It got quite hot
- hyunjeong kim (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights and 5 days with our family. Friends also visited during our stay, and it was great to see the children having such a fun time together. The staff were very friendly upon arrival, and the accommodation was clean and well maintained, just as we expected. The swimming pool was smaller than expected, but the water slide was more than enough to keep the kids entertained. Even after returning home, the children kept saying how much they enjoyed the stay and that they would love to come back again. We also enjoyed riding bicycles, canoeing, and fishing near the accommodation, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of an on-site restaurant. Although food trucks visited daily, we did miss having a cold draft beer to enjoy at the accommodation. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

- Ian (10/5): Fantastic, far exceeding our expectations. - This is a fabulous property for a family holiday with children. We took our 3 sons and their families, children ages between 4 and 10. There is so much to do on-site as well as easy access to the Gold Coast Themes Parks and other attractions. A car is needed. Nil

- Brooke (5/5): Disappointed in the cabin - The pool, slides and camp kitchen were exceptionally well maintained and the coffee shop saved my sanity. I paid the same amount of money as our friends but we were in a burleigh and they were in Fingals (though we didnt see a difference when we booked and we booked all three together). The burleigh is advertised as having a dining area and lounge as well as a balcony. There is no dining area unless you're prepared to sit in the full sun on the balcony and a small 2 seater couch was not enough space for our family of 5 when it poured with rain outside. The kitchen had not a lot to cook with which meant we paid for most meals out which was quite expensive. The aircon doesn't get into the bedroom behind it unless we had it at Arctic temperatures. Overall, not impressed by the cabin.

- Tracey (8/5): Family getaway. - The cabin was very nice and newish. Water slides and pool were good Camp kitchen was good. Good prices for the hiring of the peddle bikes and kayaks. The planes flying low over head, but got used to it. Had to ask for a Hair dryer as none in the cabin. And would be good if face washers were available. Shower head in the Ensuite was broken, reported it and it got fixed but didn't last long, it needs to be replaced. Two pools were great but would of been nice if one was heated. We had wet weather so would of been nice for some organised activities by the park that you didn't have to pay for,(we have stayed at other parks that do this) although I know you can hire board games free of charge from reception, a indoor play area would be great.

We had 4x kids and 2 adults, the Burleigh cabins were a tight a squeeze (enough beds to accommodate all) however would recommend sizing up for a bit more room overall the experience was amazing!

Pool and water slides were top notch and spending time by the billabong was relaxing. They have everything you need and hire of equipment if you choose. Just gotta be careful & vigilant with cars coming and going.

I was disappointed when we arrived as the cabin we had booked was unavailable someone else was given it we booked it because it had a spa and my grandson who has special needs was looking forward to it .They then put us in a cabin that had bedding set up that was not suitable for our needs my daughter then went back to the office and asked for a cabin with at least 2 double beds which she was then given but very disappointing that you don’t get what you booked and well in advance

Highly recommend A little overpriced, if you are paying that much would expect 3 ply toilet paper in cabin. Reception on TV not the greatest when trying to watch Olympics.
- Kimberley (6/5): Family friendly - the cabin was great location, the facilities offered where great and plenty for kids to do it was just unfortunate it was raining we didn’t get to enjoy it, cabins very clean had everything we needed The bottom bunk the bed wasn’t made for my son and the heater didn’t work, my younger son struggles to regulate his temperature and we had been in the tweed hospital and didn’t return till 6:45 and called the office and they said they were there till 7pm and no one answered the phone. The billabong had rubbish that had been around the edges of the water.

No plug-in the kitchen, but we were given one the next day. Only suggestion would be a hairdryer, even the cheapest motels supply one.

- Bianca (7/5): Good - Kids had a great time and the park is overall pretty nice. Lots for them to do and was even better when the park was less busy from Sunday. The location is close to the GC as well as the local shops . The facilities both inside the cabin and around the park are great too. Staff were super friendly and also helpful. Unfortunately I found the bed really uncomfortable. Paid to do laundry however the washing machine did not work. The staff were great in refunding the money however it was just annoying that the service charge appears to have remained.

Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away

The kids loved night time climbing in the treehouse with all the fairy lights illuminating it. It was a beautiful place to stay. The staff on arrival were not warm or friendly at all. It was a very awkward check in which was very disappointing. The second day we went to the front desk to by lollies and again were met with people who treated us like we were an inconvenience in their day whilst they were discussing their weekend plans.

- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - the cabins are spacious, clean and good for families. the water park and pools are great and we had a blast using them along with the go karts. the only improvement I could suggest is there is only one aircon in the cabin which is located in the lounge room which is a good location but the main bedroom gets awfully hot and I believe an aircon in the main bedroom would be a great addition. Unfortunately and this is no fault of the parks but we did return back to the park after a family event late at night to guests fighting and using fowl language which our kids and many other people witnessed.
