Guest Reviews
- G (8/5): Great Value - These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Comfortable but tatty apartment - The self catering apartment was a full one bedroom flat. Size and location good. But the apartment was a bit tired and tatty.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - Good location to tower bridge / river side activities. About 12 Minute walk to London bridge station.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not a very enjoyable stay - Disappointed. Light bulbs not working. Window in bedroom not closing properly with handle broken. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Furniture was old and cheap.
- sara (10/5): - Lovely apartment easy to find lots of places to eat within short walking distance. Excellent service including bread milk butter coffee and tea on arrival. Just enough to keep you going
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Pleasant accomodation, nice garden area from balcony. Friendly welcome and complimentary food basics on arrival. Close to public transport amenities.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check out is at 10am ,and no extensions..but nice apartment and close to London bridge
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, lots of room and lovely mgr. - We had three days and able to get around easily with variety of transport close by.
- Jonathan (10/5): Great location - Great location
- Susan (8/5): Quiet and clean - Only one key is provided and no hairdryer, tissue or kitchen towel. Worked well for what we needed. Would recommend.
- Anthony (10/5): Awesome staff and a great location - Nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen.Location is spot on, just a few metres from the Thames and Tower Bridge. The service from the lady at the booking agency was totally awesome, couldn't do enough for me. Big thank you!
- Theresa (8/5): Fantastic value. - Really great value and a lovely apartment. Complimentary teabags, coffee, milk ad bread really useful when you arrive at 7 on Saturday evening.
- Dr. M (8/5): Lots of space, good location. - The two bedroom apartment was well equipped and quite spacious compared to other apartments we booked in Europe. To our delight it had two bathrooms too, which is helpful when you are travelling with older teenagers. We knew there was no air-conditioning, which we accepted at time of booking because we couldn't find another reasonably priced two bedroom apartment. Besides, we had been to London before and decided weather wise it would be fine compared to summers in Australia. Despite that the week we were there was the hottest for many years in London, we managed OK with the fans the Manager provided us. The evenings were cool so this helped too. We would have preferred ceilings fans, as the fans provided were quite small. Two other complaints include: the toilet pressure was at times a bit sensitive but this was an issue we encountered in other parts of Europe too; and arrival confusion. When we arrived, we knew to go to the Circle at Queen Street. What we were not told, despite several emails between the hotel organisers and myself prior to arrival, was that we needed to call a number upon arrival. The gentleman at the desk at the Circle was very helpful even though he wasn't associated with the hotel group. I think that the organisers need to be more proactive in advising people about arrival procedures. In terms of location, it was fabulous. We were near the Tower Bridge, with nearby transport. Good transport is typical of London generally. We were also close to supermarkets and a delightful pub right across the road from our apartment.

The bench tops in the kitchen were sticky and the shower could do with a good clean

I think they should put the exact address on the booking form as when you have luggage the last thing you want to do on arrival especially late at nig
- spindoctor (4/5): Ouch, didn't match the pics nor reviews - This was quite a surprise. Not a good one. First off, it was booked through a service. We had a very hard time finding the woman upon our arrival. Seems that she is a contracted service and is not connected with the apartments. The apartment was very worn and tired. Beds bottom sheets were NOT changed. The TV and satellite did not work properly. Curtains were off the hook. carpet was torn and patched. We were told NOT to discuss anything with the front desk staff as they were NOT part of the deal. The health club was great, but not included and was up to 25 pounds per day! Not enough towels nor blankets.
