- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, loved the pool, had all of the appliances we needed and loved the decor and furnishings, which were stylish and comfortable (photos did not do it justice). Close to the beach, shops and restaurants - it exceeded my expectations. The property managers were excellent - great service and communication.
- Veronica (7/5): We loved our time in Noosa and location of accommodation. - Location close to bus, ferry, beach, places to eat as we travelled without a car. Washing machine really useful. Top storey bedrooms very comfortable. Air conditioning excellent. Cate available easily on phone for any inquiries. Pool and BBQ area very clean. When walking in front door a very musty, mouldy smell. Not very inviting! I tracked down bad smell to possibly being from sheets and mattress protector in a cupboard which I put through wash and bought can of glen 20 which improved the problem but really needs investigating to find the cause and fix. Would be helpful to identify the keys as had to go through all the keys to get the front door opened. Front door is difficult to open/close which was frustrating. Needed to work out how to jiggle it to lock and unlock each time. Remotes to turn on TVs were frustrating. Would be helpful to have buttons clearly marked as which is on/off. Construction site opposite was unfortunate with noisy machinery operating from early morning but understand that is beyond your control. Luckily for us we had planned an active holiday being out and about all day rather than relaxing in the premises. Difficult giving address for UBER/shuttle bus for pick up as best pick up is Noosa Pde as Hastings St too busy for drivers to find you and stop. A bin on site for green waste would be good. Only place we could find a green waste bin for compostable items was at the surf festival outdoor bar. All the shops are using compostable items and yet only landfill bins available to dispose of rather than green waste/compostable bins.
- Evelyn (10/5): Fabulous location on Hastings Street - We love the location. We have stayed here before, but in a different unit. It’s very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels, boogie boards. Pool area is really nice. BBQ. We were in unit 22, the entrance area has 2 futon beds but you would not want to sleep there; it’s quite dark and because the washer and dryer are there it’s humid/musty.

- Quynh (2/5): - There are hundreds of ants crawling on the sofa bed. The lock was broken do we were locked in . It took 15 minutes for the unit manager to come which in fairness is probably not too bad but after the ants, then the broken lock , it really tipped over to the negative experience.

- Domenic (6/5): - The unit we stayed in had a very uncomfortable outdoor couch in the living area. The entire unit had broken Venetian blinds that would not open or close properly. The master bedroom had broken blinds letting in the morning sun from 5am and the en-suite window had no blind at all also letting in daylight into the bedroom as there was no door on the en-suite. A very narrow staircase leading up to the unit and first floor made it difficult to carry up heavy suitcase. Whilst the property needs an update, the cleanliness was fine.

The beach houses are excellent, neat, tidy and comfortable. Not too precious which is great if you have kids. Some construction going on within the property so best to check out your beach houses proximity to this before selecting which one.

The bedroom window would not close, so let the outside noise in all night and the air conditioned air out. The bedroom door handle kept coming off in my hand, the carpet was torn and the bathroom configuration was the weirdest I've ever seen. I did not pack toiletries expecting them to be supplied (for the price). There were none supplied. Service and communication was fine. Location was perfect, but house 2 is desperately in need of maintenance at minimum and a reno at best.

The onsite Managers were very helpful - the beach house was very well equipped with everything you could want. The property is well maintained. The only downfall is the 13 stairs from the ground floor to the lounge/dining and kitchen and then 14 stairs up to the bedrooms - so not ideal for older holiday makers.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely quirky propetyy - Lovely quirky beach house style in private gated complex. All amenities including a fab laundry space. Much more to this lovely space than an impersonal hotel room and for less dollars. Clean tidy and useful welcome stuff like dishwasher powder.

- Jill (8/5): A great locality - A great central locality, clean and tidy. Not much to look out to from the windows but the beach and Hastings Street, literally a minutes walk away. The office staff were really lovely and gave whatever help they could when asked.
- Evelyn (6/5): Accommodation in great location - This apartment is in a great position in Hastings Street Noosa. Unfortunately it is getting a little old and needs more maintenance to bring it back up to standard. The showers were only luke warm which ruins the stay. Being in the middle of Hastings street in a bush setting is special.

- Cheryl (8/5): Location, location, location - Fabulous Hastings street location, 2 min walk across the road to the main beach and steps to the shops and restaurants along Hastings street. Quiet and comfortable. Nice pool too.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely beach townhouses in the heart of Hasting Street. Staff were very helpful. All the townhouses are done up differently so I can only comment on ours which was #19. It was nicely done inside. The deck and could use some care as the it's looking weathered, but was in a shaded spot so nice for sitting outside. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms worked well.
- Catherine (10/5): Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and pool - Great stay. Very relaxing being so close to the beach and also having the option of coming home to the pool. Rooms were clean and modern looking. Only con I can think of is mattress wasn't very comfortable. Overall would stay again.
- Rose (8/5): Stone’s throw to all thing’s Hastings Street! - Clean, comfortable and very convenient to Beach, Hastings Street Restaurants and Cafes. Great friendly staff. Rustic units are clean and have everything you need to have a self contained holiday. The units have stair access. Very nice and would stay again.

- John and Anne (6/5): Old units but great position. - The unit was somewhat dilapidated with several bits falling off.(The staff had to remove some broken outside blinds.) The TV didn't work but was replaced. One of the kitchen lights didn't work but was replaced eventually. The kitchen equipment was reasonable but we felt the glassware was a little "clunky". Bathrooms were good, bed comfortable.The multiple levels was unexpected and although I was OK (despite a wonky knee!), some (particularly older) people may have struggled with the lots of stairs.
- Judy (4/5): Construction Zone - I booked and paid deposit for this accommodation 4 months prior and received a confirming phone call the day before arrival. At no time was I informed my unit was right beside a 3 storey construction site. We had to stay out of the accommodation all day. Four months prior they would have known this was happening let alone the day before. Trucks blocked the driveway etc etc. We couldnt open windows due to noise as well as there being no flyscreens. People who booked after me got better positions within the complex. The ratings above only reflect my experience at the time otherwise it would have been a most pleasant stay, was so accessible to everything and very comfortable. At my instigation I received a discount refund.
- Marion (8/5): Great beach house, close to beach & shops. - Pleasant stay - will definitely be back. Close to all amenities & beach, nestled amongst trees. The only downfall was noise coming from either generator, fridge or air conditioner amongst rear of shops next door. It was quite loud throughout the night.
