We were greeted by Beth who was lovely and had organise wine, cheese and biscuits as well as other necessities like milk, tea etc. The breakfast basket was full of yummy continental style food and fruit. Nothing, we loved everything about our stay.

• Petrina (10/5): Comfortable, luxurious and a really wonderful alternative to hotel accommodation. - Absolutely gorgeous quaint cottage with beautiful gardens and well maintained. Inside was timber floors and loads of old world charm from the fixtures to the crockery. Beth thought of everything including a basket full of breakfast goodies & bottle of champagne! The deep spa bath with overhead shower. Climbing in to then stand and have a shower wasn’t great and if anyone has balance or mobility issues, there’s be a problem.

• Krista (10/5): Most charming short stay! - The staff were so kind and went out of their way to provide for our dietary requirements, so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with so much vintage charm but still modern utilities including smart TV and spa bath. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and just such a lovely vibe and well decorated. The outside gardens were so beautiful and made the location for me, even details like the handmade stained glass window just made the room feel magical. Car park was provided but we used public transport as a bus stop was right down the street. No complaints.

We ended up taking our 4 yo with us, which wasn't really romantic, but he did enjoy himself and so did we. We loved walking down to the Boat Club for sunset; and watching a movie with him when we got back. And Beth and Rob made him a little brekkie with us on the deck in the morning. An adorable place full of love. Nothing
