• Adam (8/5): Overall the stay was pleasant, and had everything we needed. - The house was tidy and had everything needed to help with our stay. The property was conveniently located and frequent bus services made getting around super easy. We had specifically booked a single storey lodge away from the pool area for privacy, but were given a unit directly next to the pool. Although not too busy, we did feel there was a lack of privacy, particularly at night with no heavy curtains to stop people from looking in. This was the main was the reason we had chosen a unit away from the pool and so were a little disappointing.
• Erin (10/5): Perfect hideaway from the bustle, but close enough to walk everywhere. - Its proximity to the Noosa river within walking distance, the staff are very friendly and the pool and spa were awesome and cleaned daily.
• Rebecca (5/5): Tired looking unit that could do with an update. Pricey for what it was. - Only good thing was location - close to Noosa AFL ground. 20 minute walk into Hastings street. Unit was somewhat clean. Furniture was very old and could use a good clean. in general unit looked very tired and could do with an update. Curtains very drab. cushions on couch looked old and worn. Toilet was leaking so throughout the night you could hear the cistern re-filing. would not stay here again. unit came with yard which was not inviting. Fans dirty. Cobwebs on ceiling. Bench chipped. some sort of loft storage area which was open to the second bedroom. View from bathroom window was looking into the caretakers storage/junk area. Washing machine dirty.
• Isaline (9/5): Perfect self contained unit for a stay with children. - Easy self contained unit with everything we needed for a stay with children. 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into Noosa and 10 minutes drive to sunshine beach. Close to the river for morning walks with the babies to pick up coffee and pastries

• Naiomi (6/5): Budget price but tired - Location was good and property was budget price for Noosa. Pool area and grounds were nice Our unit needed some TLC. Beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. However the furniture and carpet was grubby and appliances didn't work... neither dryer or microwave. The overall site was nice but the owners of the apartment we were in need to replace and clean stuff.

The beds were super uncomfortable in our unit and the air con was OK for moderate heat but not sufficient for any days over 28. We had to resort the pool BBQ for any planned cooking.

• Troy (8/5): Was visiting my daughter so that’s always good and it was a very nice stay even if there was a bit of wet weather. - Nice and quiet; central location and the units were spacious and comfortable. Didn’t have a dish cloth to wipe down the benches so in the end had to use a tea towel. Apart from that the place was great.

I prefer the single level apartments away from the pool because it gives you a private fenced garden. Some of the car parks are a little tricky especially when other guests have very large 4 wheel drives.

• Marlo (9/5): Family holiday - Our townhouse was spotless and perfect for a family of 4. It was well-equipped with everything needed and very comfortable and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location is fine - easy walking distance to the river and to the bus stop for catching the free bus to Nossa Heads. Great value for money given peak school holiday period. Friendly and helpful management. We will definitely come back.

Covered carpark was a giant plus and the washing machine&dryer were a godsend since we have two small children. There's only one aircon above the staircase so the bedrooms got really hot with doors closed (even with fans on). The kitchen doesn't have a kitchen hood.

• Carlos Ayuso (6/5): Decent value for money in a quiet area not too far from town - The location was good for us, in a quiet area but not too far to town and the Noosa River by walk. We didn't use the swimming pool as it was still a bit cold but we did use the jacuzzi and that was nice. The little private backyard was cute and peaceful to have breakfast in the morning. Accessing the apartment was very easy and parking was right by the door. Kitchen was useful as we cooked there a couple of times but didn't provide any basics like salt or cooking oil. The bathroom smelled quite damp and some of the blinds were broken. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms but it didn't work. In general we just thought the apartment needed a bit of maintenance and deep cleaning as it felt more dated than it looks in the photos.
• Liliana (4/5): Disappointed - I like that it was quiet and quite close to places by car. The picture looks amazing. The reality is that it looks old and dirty. The banquets for the bed were dirty, and the cushons looked dirty and old. The furniture is quite old, and the table outside needs some under the table legs to make it balance. Everything needs to be reemplace for new. Lamps, banquets, cushions, furniture. No stuff around. We did not see anyone who works there. Very disappointing 😞

• Kiri (9/5): Family friendly, relaxed houses for groups. - The managers were really friendly, the hot tub is actually hot (not luke-warm) and it’s a short bus/drive away from the main beach. It’s great value for money and I would recommend for friends to stay as well. Each unit has basically everything you need for your stay. Could be nice to have a bit of oil in the kitchen for cooking, not sure if people would bring this with them
