- Michael (5/5): Ok for one night but would not go there again - Room was clean, had shampoo, soap, shaving dispensers. Grounds around units dirty, pool area looked good though. Units very close together, could hear person snoring in next room. Smoking outside units which if your neighbour smoked would breach 10 metre rule, plus the smell entering your room. Unit inside damaged patched up walls, broken tile, needs updating. Impersonal entrance speaking to a young girl through a sound system in the wall, although pleasant personal contact is always better for customer service. No information on what to do given or provided.

- Evans (1/5): Do notstay here - Nothing at all Impersonal check-in Newcastle5 . Room so bad we had to demand a change. ie broken air con, milk curdled, hasn't had thorough clean for some time. The second lot of milk also curdled.. At no time did the manager come to speak to us personally. We got an apology through the intercom. This was the same price as many other good motels we used on our four week trip.

Good for a one night stay when traveling through. Very affordable also. The walls were very thin and unfortunately we had noisy neighbours. Noticed strange spillages on the wall and hair on the bathroom vanity.

The bed felt very soft, which we don’t usually like, but it was comfortable and we slept well There was a step up into the bathroom of about 30mm, which could easily break a toe, or at least take the skin off it. The toilet was too close to the vanity for my tall husband

- Helen (7/5): Much needed swim I didnt know I needed till i hopped in. - I loved the pool, a refreshing dip after a long hot drive, good shower, nice bathroom setup. Friendly staff and travellers, close to all conveniences, clean sheets. Air con filters rm 16 needs a deep clean, had to turn it off as it produced a mouldy smell when turned on. They are currently upgrading, bathroom had a do over so it all takes time.
