• Peter (5/5): Basic and simple but a dirty bathroom - Dirty bathroom. Should have been cleaned. Budget and basic hotels are fine, and that's why you don't pay as much but they should still be clean
• Wade (3/5): Dirty, poorly maintained property. - Not a lot, maybe the location The room was not clean, the beds had not been moved to clean under them and there was macarons festering under the bed. The TV was broken, the smart tv functions did not work and the F2A channels were poorly tuned and stuttered.

Love the shower pressure, Most hotels I stay at has very poor ones When I went to use a pool that was rubbish Left around From previous guest and wasn't clean up properly I wasn't happy about that

• Narelle (6/5): Great location but a tired, dated motel - Location was fantastic! Close to lots of places to eat and supermarkets. Not far at all feom city centre. Room was very run down and in need of a facelift. PowerPoint's coming off the wall in bathroom , loads of bugs, tape over a window. Beds were very soft. Very overpriced for what you get

• William (8/5): The room was quiet from outside noise traffic. The curtains were great to block out light when one h - No breakfast. The room & bathroom were spacious & the decor sensible. The bed was comfortable & the application of sheets & blanket sensible in autumn weather. The position of the TV in relation to the bed was great. The carpet wasn't too old & this gave the room a good aroma. There was a lovely amount of bench space in the bathroom. The kitchen bench was too small. The overhead lighting could have been brighter. Whereas the bathroom light above the mirror was too bright.
• Misty (3/5): Terrible. Stay somewhere else. - The rooms were fine. I’ll just style but had everything you needed Pool was nice. A party at the pool started at about 7 pm and went through to 3 or four in the morning. I rang the night watch line spoke to staff member he said she couldn’t do anything because she had her Child with her. There was no other option for help. The party went on and on and on despite being a full house the staff were unwilling to help at all upon arrival. They had no idea which room I was gonna be in and told me five different room numbers before I actually could access the room I had for the night. Very disorganised. There are so many places to stay within 300 m of this property as well as surrounding Aubrey Wodonga area. Do not use this place because if you need any help, the staff will not help at all. Completely unacceptable to allow a party to continue to the early hours of the morning.

There doesn’t appear to be any face to face contact as there wasn’t a clear office. Thanks for a lovely stay.

• Jennifer (6/5): Accommodation was acceptable for a 1 night stay. - The garden surrounds were pleasant with palm trees. Staff member complied with requests from me for items needed in my room. There were a few items not in the room which I had to request be provided. The outdoor seating area and BBQ area need a good clean and be made to look more welcoming for guests. This motel just needs a little TLC before it looks too neglected…
• Josephine (9/5): Wonderful Overnight stay in Albury. - Spacious room with a lounge and small table, as well as the expected amenities. Very large bathroom and really lovely hot shower which was much needed after a long day in the car! I had such a great stay here, very quiet, hardly anyone around, so I sat outside while the sun set. Beautiful property to wander around too, not too noisy despite being on the main road. The only tiny downside was there wasn't a screen door, just a glass door - so if you wanted fresh air in the room at night rather than the air con/heater, you'd have to keep the bathroom door open and open the window in there instead. Other than that small preference, everything else was perfect!

• Cara (8/5): Perfect place to stay halfway between Melbourne and Sydney have a refreshing swim and comfortable accommodation - Tidy comfortable rooms really comfortable beds lots of space a little bit dated, but has definitely received some nice modernization. The pool is really beautiful and Central. Albury isn’t that interesting but if you’re driving from Sydney to Melbourne, this is the perfect short day
