Right on the beach overlooking the ocean and "The Strand" and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired. Previous occupant's hair everywhere and the floor of the room had clearly not been vacuumed at all well. The air conditioning motor outside on the balcony was very noisy frequently and the sliding door to the balcony did not close fully or properly meaning traffic and other noise could be heard clearly in the room. I think Reception's hours could be longer too. I was a little surprised they didn't have 24 hour reception when they say they have 24 hour check in.

The apartments are located on the boardwalk and only 3 blocks walk to a Coles and other bars and restaurants. Apartment features were a little tired, but all was clean and functional.

Beautiful views! Didn't sleep too well. The mattress was very uncomfortable with soft low spots here and there.

The bed was extremely hard and was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The road noise was loud even with the balcony door closed!

We were with a huge football tournament and people in other hotels paid a fee from $20 - $50 for the same request on day of departure. Unfortunately, this will be my lasting memory of the hotel.

When I first arrived after a long journey and busy day at work, wasn’t greeted nicely, but was spoken rudely by a cranky man. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was filled with 💩went down to reception and man still wasn’t very friendly. I had to go up and wait for housekeeping to come and clean it up. found this disgusting. The car park was extremely busy and not enough allocated car parks for the facility and all cars are parked close to each other. If you can’t get a car park you have to park in the public streets. And was very noisy.

- Peter (8/5): I had no issues what so ever which is unusual when you stay in a building of that size. - The location was great. It was relatively quiet on the 11th floor. The view was excellent. The unit was exceptionally well equipped and was clean.

Would not hesitate to stay again. There was nothing we disliked but please note that rooms are not an apartment. Toaster, fridge and Microwave are handy. Room is a good size with couch, table and balcony.

The room was filthy, pubes on the bathroom floor, lipstick on the wine glasses, stained pillows, and a dirty blanket covered in hair and stuffed in the cupboard, clearly hadn't been washed.
