It's in a great location if you want to have a wander around town or walk to buy dinner. Highly recommended.

Fantastic space, everything u could possibly need, and wonderful staff. Wish i could have stayed longer but flew out the next morning. If in doubt, book this place. astonishingly wonderful!

• Andrew (10/5): Great Place - This spacious property is in an excellent location for exploring the SW coastal region of Victoria. It has a kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, with a microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and large fridge. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, and the pantry was stocked with some spices. The bedroom was separate, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a small shower, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is not much to dislike; the only downside is the street parking, but you are provided with a parking permit. Also, the air conditioner is in the lounge, so you need to turn up the fan to full at night to cool the bedroom adequately.

Facilities were new and easy to use The second bedroom had 2 single beds I found the mattress too soft. Main bedroom mattress is firm.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious comfort - Attractive and comfortable with a well set up kitchen, it was a perfect location for our annual escape from the pre Christmas Melbourne madness. 2004 was not a good year health wise for us, so we needed somewhere comfortable to do nothing but read, and rest and Banyan Place did just that!

As soon as we opened the door we loved the Apartment. So fresh and clean with some treats left by the host. The Apartment is large and well stocked with what you would need for a weekend stay. Arrival and departure information from our host was great.

• Heth (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Warrnambool, and my new "go-to" accommodation :-) - I booked this apartment with no notice, and Glenda could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The quality of the apartment furnishings is second to none, plus the little "extras" to make your stay more enjoyable (wide range of condiments, bottle of water in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer, complimentary chocolates) was very much appreciated. There is a washer/dryer (and washing powder) available for use, as well as a balconies at the front and rear. This will be my new "go-to" place when staying in Warrnambool - thanks Glenda :-)
