Smith (10/5): Enjoyable, safe - I travelled alone with my daughter and friendly - The manager was amazing so helpful and friendly the property was clean both inside and outside, I recommend anyone to is passing through or staying for a while in Forster to stay at Bella Villa - great value for money and close to everything. Nothing everything was great, honestly there was nothing to fault.

Chelsea (8/5): Great for an overnight stay - Room was spacious for our family of 4, beds were comfortable, full size fridge was very handy Slight delay at check-in with the office being unoccupied and phone calls going to voicemail, but when they did get back to us 30 minutes later they were very apologetic and attentive.

Erica (6/5): A bit - The location. It was convenient being able to walk to the town centre to purchase any supplies, and also nice and close to eateries for dining out. The beach is also just a short walk away. Firstly, when making the booking I requested a room upstairs but instead I was given one downstairs, and yet it was obvious there were many empty rooms upstairs. The room was so in need of an update especially in the bathroom. There was hardly any space to hang towels. Both hooks on the back of the door were broken. The shower rose was bent and dripped continuously while the water flow was very weak. The power point in the bathroom was extremely dangerous. It was almost impossible to push the plug of a hairdryer into the socket while it kept moving in the wall. In summary the room was in need of a safety check plus basic maintenance. Unfortunately there was nobody in the office to tell when dropping off the key.

There was no where to hang clothes if staying for more than one night and very little bench space to put things on, either in the bedroom or bathroom. The motel is not designed for longer than one night stays.

The accommodation was central to and in easy walking distance to the water, shops, a variety of restaurants and cafes to enjoy a nice relaxing meal. It was great having a pool for a quick dip after a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was to our liking and met our needs.

Justine (4/5): Dissatisfied, disappointed, not with the money. - Ants everywhere in the kitchen including a cockroach. Blood splattered on the mirror and wall in the bathroom, mirror was dirty not clean. The coffee cups were filthy. No coat hangers for ganging up clothes. For $357 a night it was price gauging.

Good value for money and was nice and close to where I needed to be for my stay and shops close by for any needs. Staff at the inn were lovely, helpful and polite There were no hangers to hang a dress and no iron in the room. Kitchen utensils were a bit dirty like they'd been rinsed and put away instead of washed. The bathrooms have a sewer smell when you're not running water as soon as you run the water it goes away. Keep the bathroom door closed and there is no issue. Overall for a one night stay wasn't bad
