Didnโt get to meet any of the staff, got a SMS to advise room number, how to get into room & how to return key on departure, into a key box. Felt there as no interaction with reception, or anybody at the motel, which was a shame. Also, no full length mirror in room?.?

- Valerie (4/5): We were told they could not give us a refund or contribution for the lack of services because we booked through Booking. - Our room was ripped apart on the second day the bed heads taken off beds moved because the electricity was behind the bed heads and they would not be able to fix it until after we left. Everything was moved back, but we could not use our room for a couple of hours because of the workmen that were in it. We we booked a two night stay, the second day we lost electricity in the room, we had no television, and we had to use one extension cord to charge our devices
