- Abe (3/5): Bad location bad phone reception and extremely need to rethink their time till at least 830 for pool use as it is school - Only good thing about the property was the pool It’s meant to be a holiday park but everything shuts at seven. Doesn’t get dark until 830 couldn’t buy food or drinks at the bar cause the computer system was down.

Reception said Maintenance would attend but didn’t hear feedback, husband had to climb on the roof and remove it

Activities for kids was great Only issue we had was couldn’t get any connection to internet in the cabins and was not able to get assistance with it when asked about with the phone to message. But that’s not a major issue was just a small inconvenience the kids had.

- Carole (9/5): This is our third time staying here - and we will be back. Do take out the Perks membership, as well - Easy access to Yamba and the beach attractions. Just a bit out of town with lovely river access, sunrise and sunset views. Cleanliness is of a high standard, facilities are excellent, the accomodation is quite nice, and the park is well maintained. Heaps of actitives and facilities for children - and some accomodation, pet friendly, too! Having had alot of rain lately, the mosquitos were out en masse at dawn and dusk, but that really can't be helped. We also found the mattress and pillows in the bunk room a little stiff, but the accomodation is really quite comfortable over all, so that is a minor complaint.

Best features were high ceilings and fenced and gated verandah with lovely aspect. it was ideal for me as I was travelling with my little dog and she loved going out onto the verandah. Also there is an excellent dog park which my dog loved. perfect for travelling with a dog. I liked the property but I didn’t realise it was just outside of Yamba. Luckily I had a supply of food so didn’t have to seek out a grocery store/food outlet for dinner. I will definitely stay again.

The room was very nice but we had a number of things that were not functioning properly. For example: * the shower on the left side handle fell off when we turned it on. * the blinds in the children's bunk room were broken and did not work properly. * the screen door was difficult to open at the entry. * the DVD player remote was broken and did not work at all. The only other thing we were disappointed in was the lagoon pool. We didn't realise when we looked at the website that it was only a metre deep. As we all enjoy swimming immensely, this was rather a disappointment to us. But in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Kids pool was pretty cold temperature so unfortunately they didn't really get to enjoy it, great if it was slightly heated but i'm sure it would be perfect in the middle of summer. - Verified traveler (10/5): Family Holiday - My cabin had a lovely bush view overlooking a pond where all the wildlife would come to drink, loved having breakfast on the verandah watching the kangaroos chilling out& the cabin had everything I needed & was spacious & comfortable & was in a very quite area my grandchildren could easiely ride their bikes around safely in the quite cultisac we were in & they loved pool, water park & jumping pillow would definitely go back.

Our cabin was tired but gorgeous (Banksia Cabin) we only stayed one night as a stopover on the way to qld but yamba is gorgeous and wish we could have stayed more. there is only a two seater couch to unwind which doesn't work for our family of 5. huge verandah, comfy beds, lots of kangaroos, baby water dragon lizards, frogs, and hawks. We loved it.
