We found Big4 is just what we wanted. Parking just beside the apartment, swimming pool, kitchen and bedroom. Carpet was worn off, difficult to clean when checking out.

The bed was so comfortable. The pillows and doona were fluffy. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature. Great location, so close to the shops. Inside the park felt like being completely out of the city but outside the park was close to anything you could need.

Our stove top didn't work very well at all, so cooking was very difficult. Our cabin was very dated and after finding a spider in their room near the bunks, our girls decided to sleep on the floor in the main room, which didn't leave much room to move.

Surprisingly quiet even though it was packed full. Nothing major. The odd repair needed from usual wear and tear but overall was fine.

- Janet (9/5): - We recently stayed at BIG4 Melbourne and were really impressed! The cabin was perfect for our needs — a great location for our stay purpose, with a lovely homely feel. It had everything we needed to prepare and store meals, which helped us avoid spending too much on takeaways during our two-night stay. While the weather wasn’t on our side (no fault of the park!), there were still plenty of things to keep our 10-year-old entertained. The pool, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and games room were fantastic options that meant he wasn’t glued to a screen all weekend. It also gave us the chance to meet other travellers and enjoy the friendly atmosphere around the park. - Nicola (7/5): Friendly staff at the facility, a few things could be upgraded in some of the cabins. - Close proximity to the pool Close proximity to Woolworths Friendly staff Being on the end looking out to a fence We had ants visit and go through our food / bin Our door wouldn’t lock also so that needed to be fixed during commencement of stay The oven also took ages to work ie nuggets/chips taking well over 1 hour to cook The BBQ facilities also hard to clean and cook on with ones closer to our cabin being under maintenance so limited BBQs to park size.
- Emma (8/5): great stay and fun for all big and small - I loved the pool and spa and that there was 2 play areas for kids 1 indoors and one out it was also great that there were laundry facilities and a kitchen with fridges to store stuff in the cabin we stayed in could use a little more storage but overall our stay was really good and wood definitely stay again it would have been good to have slightly more storage in the cabin and the pool to be heated
