Mark and Gary are exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. On arrival, they generously spent around 30 minutes helping me refine my itinerary, offering great local recommendations. The location is great. It’s well positioned—quiet and peaceful, yet central. Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, and other key spots are all just a short drive away (roughly 2–10 minutes), and even accessible within a 15–20 minute walk. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. It would suit solo travellers, couples, and families alike. It’s also conveniently accessible via public transport, which adds to the ease of getting around. Overall, a wonderful stay. Mark and Gary are genuinely kind people who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Chez Noosa to anyone visiting the area. While there was no air conditioning in the bedroom itself, the apartment has A/C that helps cool the space, and fans are provided in all rooms, which work well.

• Allister (10/5): Fabulous location, room and service - Mark and Gary were excellent helping faciliate a suprise stay after my engagement going the extra mile to receive a few goodies I sent to reception where they help set up the room that really was the cherry on top for our amazing weekend. They set the lights and music on for our arrival and had the flowers and goodies on the bench + the bottle of sparkles in the fridge nice and cold. They made check in super easy for us with instructions and key pickup. I thought about booking closer to Noosa but didn't when I saw the raving reviews of this place specifically mentioning Mark and Gary and I'm really glad I am able to leave one of my own. It really is close to Noosa Junction anywhay and a cheap uber there and back makes it easy if you're not driving. The place was great value for money and the service I felt I should have paid more to get. It was really clean too. Not much more to say but thanks again for everything. Until next time. All was great. No recommendations other than a quick mention that the carparks aren't numbered - at least I don't think they were haha!

Also next morning Mark took time out to show us the local maps and recommended places to visit. Ideally located for walking to Sunshine Beach Noosa head & Hastings. Our stay was just too short!

Our room is tastefully decorated, spacious with a separate living room and a fully functional kitchen. I was so happy to find the drying rack and ironing set provided, especially after a few days of outdoor activities. The entire place was spotlessly clean. The firmness of the bed was just perfect. We parked our car in the garage which was very convenient. The location was convenient, close to all the happening places yet felt peaceful and homey. The owners were so kind throughout our stay. We were also given great suggestions for dinner and clear instructions for parking in the city. We felt grateful that we found Chez Noosa and met its lovely owners. Nothing, literally.

• Eva (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, and they gave me many helpful tips about the area, which I really appreciated. The location was also great — quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, but still convenient for exploring the surroundings. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated and it’s great to have a washing machine too! Pool and spa were lovely. A very peaceful environment overall! Loved everything

• Bonning (10/5): Loved the place, would definitely stay again - Mark and Gary were the perfect hosts. The unit was recently refurbished and they did an excellent job. It had all the necessary facilities, including a brand new washing machine. The place was spotlessly clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The secure underground parking was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Absolutely nothing
• Charlotte (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful it felt like we had our own little home away from home. Mark and Gary were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was an issue and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They also signposted us to local shops, transports and sightseeing activities. The resort also has a on site laundry facility, a pool and a hot tub which we made use of. With a bus stop right outside of the resort transport links are very accessible making it a great location. If we find ourselves back in Noosa we will be sure to return :)
• darren (10/5): - Why pay Hastings Street prices when this place is outstanding and only 5 minutes away. The owners couldn't do enough for you. It was spotless, lovely clean pool and spa, private secure parking and close to all of the major parts of Noosa

• Martina (10/5): Whether you’re planning a short or long stay in Noosa this is a great place to consider! - Staff was very friendly and the accommodation had a great price to quality ratio - close to multiple bus stops which made it easy to reach the beach and city center. The apartment was very cozy and overall a great experience!
• Monika (10/5): Charmantes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen - Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, Küche mit Ceranfeld, 2 Fernseher, Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Wasser im Pool und Whirlpool hat eine gute Qualität und ist mitten im Grünen. Es gibt auch einen Griller im Garten. Parkgarage vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können den Doggy Beach hinter dem Main Beach sehr empfehlen. Dort sind viele Dünen und Lagunen. Man kann dort geschützt schwimmen.

Apartment in very handy location for access to Sunshine Beach, Noosa National Park walking trails and short bus ride to Noosa Hasting street. Hosts very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend the place.

• Cindy (10/5): Je recommande +++ - L’environnement où sont situés les appartements est incroyable et plein de verdure, les appartements sont très propres et tout le nécessaires y est pour passer un très bon séjour et la literie incroyable ! Gary et Mark sont bienveillants, très chaleureux et l’accueil était fabuleux! J’ai eu énormément d’informations concernant les lieux à visiter et où aller même si j’ai effectué un court séjour j’ai pu profiter de Noosa sans soucis. L’établissement est très proche du bus qui désert très bien les lieux à voir et le centre ville. Je reviendrais sans hésité si je suis de retour sur Noosa. /
• Tracy (10/5): I love it & will return - I have stayed here on a few occasions as it is affordable, comfortable, good location for my needs & the management are excellent. There is no waste cover in some of the bathroom sinks so you need to be careful not to drop small jewellery or hair pins etc if standing over it whilst looking in the mirror. The shower tiles are quite slippery when wet. Not a big deal, jyst need to be mindful.

It smelt lovely with gentle music playing. The dining table was set so elegantly. I highly recommend staying here. Nothing 👌

• Bromige (10/5): Quaint, cute, little motel with the nicest hosts in the perfect Noosa location. - It was clean, cool, and private. The motel was charming and Mark and Gary were super friendly. It was in the perfect location, in between Sunshine Beach and Noosa main beach. It was a short drive to get anywhere and I even managed to run all the way around Noosa National park starting and finishing at the motel. I could have easily spent another week at Chez Noosa, there is tonnes to do in the area but also you could do nothing and just hang at the beach and at the motel pool and have a great time. There were some weird noises that kept happening throughout our stay - maybe from the school nearby. There wasn't any way to close all the windows down but other than that it was great.

• Nichola (10/5): Really recommend booking early as super popular. - Lovely clean, modern and accommodating stay. Owners were lovely helping us out on what were the best places to go. Lovely pool with hot tub was lovely and relaxing in the evening. Loved the makeup remover face flannel. Attention to detail was second to none. Nothing all was lovely
