69PeterR (10/5): Great find in Hay - Great location in main street with parking. Room was very spacious so no problems with luggage etc. Had little 3xtras like biscuits tissues teacoffee dining set! Staff were extremely helpful about local restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend for the price.

ceilidh (5/5): - It had 3 beds and the location in Hay was good, we arrived late and staff were available to help with the wrong room allocation. The parking was all over the place. No clear lines. The room was ok, although there was a lot of dust on the floor and a stray sock. The freezer compartment in the fridge was completely iced up and there was no milk for coffee even though the coffee, tea and sugar we provided. There was no fan in the bathroom which would be fine if you could open a window, but all windows were not able to be opened. We were only there for one night, I probably wouldn't recommend for longer given the price for what you get.

And check out the Chinese restaurant at the Bowling Club…delicious Please put some milk, even long life milk, in the fridge so that guests can at least make a coffee?

Gary (8/5): Useful stopover on the Hay Plain run - A spacious, airy room, clean and tidy. Bathroom older but well-maintained. Useful kettle and ironing board corner. Not too far from the centre of town. No real negatives I can think of but note that the onsite restaurant facility is not currently operating.

Met my needs for a 1 night stay while traveling north for family reasons There was no bedside table of any table for that matter & I needed to do some computer work. This made it difficult.

Passport46533904229 (2/5): Never use again...never recommend! - With the basic expectations for a motel being a clean room, comfortable bed and working bathroom - this property failed dismally on the last. I got up at around 5am for a shower and found the hot water to be virtually nonexistent. If this motel can't provide hot water when less than half occupancy, I doubt that it would cope when fully booked. Perhaps they need to think about on demand hot water for each unit or rethink whether to run a motel

Helen (6/5): Adequate motel room for a one-night stay. - It had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The blinds allowed quite a lot of outside light into the room which made it difficult to sleep, and there was also quite a lot of loud talking from other motel guests at times in the night.

Sarah (7/5): - It was lovely to arrive and the air conditioner on, made a nice welcome on such a hot day. The garbage bins were near the pool area, so cooling off in the pool was not pleasant. Beds were uncomfortable.
Simon (4/5): I have to say it's still a great place and just needs a few places to touch up. - Great access to other parts of the town. Very nice people to talk to over the phone and deal with when we arrived late in the evening. After driving 12 hours we arrived to find a rather uncomfortable bed worn out sinking in the middle. Heaps of mould in the shower and in the morning when I went to make a coffee all I could get out of the fridge was the old used container of milk from the previous people who stayed. Also can I recommend a couple pillows extra in the room as the one's there were useless so I used clothes as a pillow.

Would think if three people are booked there would be enough towels. Also shower door had missing handle which made the door open and leak water on the bathroom floor. No mat in the bathroom in case if slips etc.
Michael (7/5): - Location. And that was available at a busy time. And a comfortable bed. The shower is very small, I could barely fit in there. The windows didn't open, I like to open a window and have fresh air at night, but I couldn't do that. The carpark was always full at night, I couldn't park anywhere near my room. The housekeeping staff didn't come every day; on the day they did come they took my bathmat and didn't leave me another one. I hate the interleaved kind of toilet paper, I had to go out and buy my own.
