- Margaret (2/5): The general condition of the facilities at this motel are poorly maintained and not value for money - Location and site parking Several of the rooms appeared permanently occupied. The air conditioner fan was noisy and had to be switched off during the night. The shower nozzle was in poor repair and sprayed onto the ceiling. The incorrect toilet seat was fitted to the pan. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room and facilities are poorly maintained and I wouldn't recommend this motel to anybody.

- Cheryl (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to this motel. - It was everything you would want in a motel. The staff were exceptional, the room and bathroom were perfectly clean. Great shower. There was everything you could want on a trip away from home. Great Location. The ONLY thing that could have been better was the comfort of the bed. It was Ok, but the mattress was too hard. I could have had a more comfortable sleep had the mattress been a bit more comfortable.

- Melissa (10/5): Great location and staff will be staying again - Location was great central to everything. Was clean and comfortable. Lady in the office was such a great help nothing was an inconvenience for her. She was so lovely and will be staying here again. The only thing was the light from outside was a bit annoying all night through the window above the kitchen otherwise nothing to complain about
- John (1/5): I won’t be staying there again it was one of the worst places we have stayed at - Nothing it had dirty blankets and stained bed sheet The place was horrible shower had bugs and the shower head holder was broken it was uncomfortable people smoking in restricted areas
- John (1/5): -
- Sharyne (2/5): -
- Murray (7/5): -
- Adam (4/5): - Good location not much really to complain about The need to upgrade the bedding because it’s well overdue for an upgrade and they say the owner’s kid and other kid kept come up to my room banging on my door and annoying stay.
- Brian (5/5): -
- Anya (4/5): One night was enough of an experience for this particular place. - I liked that the stuff seemed lovely and respectful. It was clean. The beds were ok.
I liked that it was semi close to the shops and beach. It was very clear the property is ran down and definitely needs some maintenance/replacement and repairs. One of the power switches was so hard to switch on/off that we did not worry touching it again.
Our main disappointment was the shower. There was a massive crack through the tiles around shower head down to the floor so majority of the water was leaking. It was nearly impossible to have hot water (it was lukewarm) and with no pressure. I couldn’t wash my hair without pressure so I end up washing it in the basin where the water pressure was much better.
- paula (8/5): - Good distance walk to shops and waterfront Sometimes noisy
- Steven (5/5): -
- Bernie (10/5): - Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, good location

- Diane (4/5): - Good location Very rundown and expensive
- Smith (1/5): Horrible place to stay at - Nothing It was old and dated and unpleasant and there were loud domestic arguments and druggos keeping us awake until 4am looks like a bad neighbourhood
- Joannes (8/5): -
- Charman (8/5): - Easy access, good size room. Good air conditioning Room had been repainted but ceilings left unpainted.
- Michael (7/5): Good rate and very handy location. - Location and cost There was no electric jug and no advertised WiFi password.
- Brian (4/5): Would not stay there again - Just the location Room needs alot of maintenance, front door and lock need repairs , bathroom needs upgrading , parking is terrible, bottom car park area no security lights
- Alistair (7/5): Convenient - Fair value. Smell of urine in nearby stairwell
- Martyn (7/5): -
- Vanessa (8/5): -
- Ana Maria (9/5): - Close to beach snd town.
Quiet
- Toni (7/5): Perfect for a overnight stay when driving coastal - Location to city centre Nothing
- Sandy (8/5): - Simple, basic room but was very reasonably priced, clean and tidy and great location to shops, pub and restaurants. Outdoor area to eat a take away meal could have been more appealing, given it was a bit damp and wasn't protected from the drizzling rain.
- Christopher (7/5): - All good
- Mandy (1/5): Find somewhere else to stay-ABUSIVE MALE OCCUPYER/OFFICE MAN. N BOOKING.COM CONDONED IT. By pay him! - Refund due to being abused by male manager. There was no parking in complex to fit wide camry. (Due to not having been to area prior and from Newcastle)(I parked my car in front of office. Ph nearly dead had 4% left. Aunty stayed in room 1. I said i would charge ph & then text to see where very close by i can park)Before I had a chance to ask anything. I looked out open door a Chinese man whom I had not seen prior was standing there. Looked at me & said in a angry tone. What you want? Is that your car? You move or pack thing and get out! Shocked and scared at his tone. I started to shake and was trying hard not to cry. He then said half yelling MOVE your car NOW! That is only ambulance or police there. I was trying to ask him where can i park near by but he He was still talking aggressive and telling me we have people here pay $300 a night. You only pay $180. MOVE CAR OR I WILL HA E TOWED AWAY. I started to have a panic attack He didnt care or let up he keep going at me. I kept trying In between his abuse to tell him that I was going to ask where to park car as I dont know area. He would stop saying same things over and over. My Aunty walked to door as I was crying full on. She said to him come and show me the parking and where it is. So distraught by now. I headed straight up to my room 14. I crying shaking and hysterically packed my bags after being told to get out or have my car towed away. I packed up Aunty came upstairs to make sure I didnt miss anything. Grabbed a couple smaller things took down to my car. I grabbed the rest of my stuff I had a large bag on wheels and couple of other items. As I walked out he was at the top of stairs. He started again at me saying you have to move your car or I have it towed. You cant stay there
I said I am begging you to leave me alone I am going I am not staying. You have made your point please leave me alone. He followed me down the stairs. Still going off at me.

- Dunn (10/5): - Everythingx X
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent - Central to everything Happy with everything
- Peter (8/5): Comfortable, clean accommodation. - Nice airy room, walk to beach or town No wi fi
- Maree (3/5): Only stayed 1 night. - Location Very dated and run down. Bathroom desperately needs upgrading. Neighbour noise at 4am
- Rikki (7/5): Really enjoyed looking round town - Really nice town Everything was ok
- Maria (7/5): - Staff very friendly and helpful , relaxed atmosphere . Great location . It's older style, missing a few mod cons but the budget price reflects that so not really an issue .
