The lovely lady receptionist and the owner come and looked at it but unfortunately could not fix it. We realise these things happen but I dont understand how someone didn't report this previously as apparently someone had turned it off at the power point so obviously someone knew about it. We were to get some money off the room seen the Spa didn't work but unfortunately that didn't come to pass, we realise people get busy and it may have just been overlooked. Other than that we always like our accommodation at the Carlyle.

Location is perfect, I will be returning when I stay in Wagga again - Property had updated facilities, bed was comfortable and the TV had all the streaming services available. The exterior was beautiful and room size was very desirable. Main Street is within waking distance. Parking is abundant. Cleaning staff are lovely and great. There was no staff at reception for the whole duration of the stay. Had to use a phone outside the office to check in.

We even got a little breakfast goody paper bag with some muesli and little snacks. really can't think of anything. hmm maybe that the place is set up a little like a motel... but that's not negative as the rooms didn't look like motel rooms, they looked like nice hotel rooms... so really all good.

- Tigin (9/5): - It is conveniently located close to the shopping centre, and we are happy to choose the hotel. The room were well arranged with the required amenities. I can't remember.
- AMCAnnie (10/5): - What a stunning place Right next to the river, in a lovely quiet spot. We had a 2 bedroom room with a huge lounge, kitchenette and spa bathroom. So comfortable. Great beds and a choice of pillows too. I totally recommend this place!

- Graham (8/5): Really affordable stay in a great location and a comfortable clean room with very nice staff. - The coded door was great, as you dont have to worry about a key. The bed was really comfortable. I liked the complimentary water and the general facilities were great. At night the code for the door was really dark so it was hard to see the keys. I didn't get given a Wi-Fi password

- Linda (10/5): Superb country hotel experience - the best on our road trip - This place is a real gem - a big step up from most country hotels. Huge room with a super-comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast supplies, though there is a great cafe just down the road. But the best part was Lyn, the delightful and extremely helpful staff member who greeted us so warmly and then couldn't do enough for us. She deserves special mention :) We couldn't fault this hotel.
