• Anne (5/5): Clean pretty room some distance from the beach and town - Azura beach BnB has a pretty room overlooking the garden. It was clean and comfortable. It’s a long walk to the beach and a drive to the town. The breakfast was extremely modest- toast, cereal, 3 strawberries and 5 blueberries.

We like to book b&b’s to chat with the hosts to get a feel for the area and hopefully local recommendations and suggestions. There was zero engagement from the hosts in this regard or any personal contact!!
• Jana (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden! - Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit einem großen, bequemen Bett. Sehr schön war auch der gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsbereich, den man sich nur mit einem weiteren Zimmer teilt – mit Kühlschrank, Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr, sodass man alles hat, was man braucht. Sehr schön ist auch die liebevoll gestaltete, grüne Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, mit einer tollen Auswahl, bei der wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ein traumhafter Strand ist außerdem nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und hätten unseren Aufenthalt gern noch verlängert – leider war bereits alles ausgebucht! Absolut empfehlenswert.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and family-friendly. Convenient location and well-maintained property. Would happily stay again and recommend to families.
• Alyssia (7/5): - The bed was nice, looked neat and tidy. The view of the trees was nice but for a place near the ocean we couldn't see any ocean. The windows are facing away from the ocean so you just see trees When we first got there we had booked Room 2 and were messaged to ring a bell if we got confused. We couldn't get into room 2 and when we wanted service we rung the bell twice and nobody answered. We had to call to get service despite "manager on site" when we called we were told our room was given to people that had walked in off the street and the owners "thought" it was us so we were then given room 1 with no prior communication that this had happened until we called. In the message we received we were also told that we had to fill out a breakfast menu which we didn't even have in our room until we called again because the bell wasn't answered again. The menus were then delivered to our room after we called. The bathroom was good but there was a yellow stain on one of the hand towels in our bathroom that we just didn't use because of it. I'm not sure if we just had high expectations but with breakfast we thought there would be a breakfast time that it would be delivered to the room as we were also not told how this worked until I messaged about it again. The breakfast was delivered onto a tray into the shared living space covered overnight while refrigerated things were in the shared fridge. Yes there were labels but not what we expected for a breakfast experience. The value of this stay was pricey for what we feel like we got. The communication could have been better for all of the issues. Again, we may have high expectations but it just didn't feel that great for value of money.

It was good to have my own air conditioning unit in the room. I missed having a kettle in my room as I was worried I might disturb other guests making an early morning cup of tea.

• Bruce (8/5): Comfortable and relaxed - Perfectly comfortable B&B just out of the main drag in Port. Lovely bed and room, great breakfast and welcoming hosts with good local knowledge and tips. Note: if you’re looking for a great place for dinner - go to Bills Fishhouse in town, exceptional local seafood cooked by talented young people eager to perfect their craft, an absolute gem. Its a B&B not a motel or short stay flat, so just make sure you understand that - but given I did know that it was very good overall.

Sent a message to request breakfast but no response. No instructions on arriving/finding our room- had to figure it out ourselves. Shared kitchen/living room which isn’t clear from the description. Damp feel to the room and towels were damp so could not be used.

Lounge area with coffee machine , fridge & tea making facilities was spotless clean .Breakfast was delivered on tray to take back to room or eat on small deck area. Great for 2-3 night stay. Never saw hosts but I’m sure if there were issues we could have rang bell or called. We personally like more interaction & friendliness from the owners. Difficult to see entrance from road & not much info of local eateries & attractions etc.

So if you'll spend only one night at the apartment keep in mind you'll have to check in a bit early. The apartment was ready for us but we couldn't get ahold of the owner so we had to figure it out ourselves.
