- Sharon (7/5): Great location, but take disposable cutlery/plates! - Location was awesome - walk to beach, shops and cafes very easily. Apartment had a great, private deck. The apartment was for 4 and add states "Well equipped kitchen". This is not true - the cutlery for the most part was a set of four, with approx 6 unchipped plates. That means you have to wash up after EVERY meal - not something you want to do on holiday. The lounge area only sat 2 comfortably with an add-in chair - so all 4 couldn't relax in the lounge area together.

- John Ian (3/5): It was ok for a weekend - The location was central for shops and restaurants and close to the beach The unit needed a deep clean, a lot of maintenance work and a bit of paint to freshen it up. There was a smell of mould/mildew in the unit. The bed linen and towels were old and stained and the pillows were as flat as a pancake and were due to be replaced in 2022. They were also covered in black spots of mould. The roller blinds were also dirty and mouldy as were the lampshades. The walkway outside was tiled but slippery when wet.

It was very well presented, tidy, and spotlessly clean, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The central location was incredibly convenient, with everything we needed close by. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The gardens and outdoor facilities were beautifully maintained and clearly well cared for, creating a relaxing environment to enjoy. It was also a very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for unwinding. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to be accommodating, especially with our booking during the flooding, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others. While we really enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few small areas that could be improved. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, as well as an additional blanket for extra comfort. The property does not have a lift, so access is via stairs only, which may be something to consider for some guests. We also found the washing machine/dryer to be quite noisy and it didn’t seem to function as effectively as expected. That said, these were relatively minor points and didn’t take away too much from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Next to the appartement there are a lot of restaurants you can choose from to have a nice meal. The veranda was very sticky and dirty from the barbecue. When we sat down on the sofa or at the table, we had grease on our clothes.

I am 75 and was put on the 3rd floor with no one to bring my bag up, so dragged it up 3 flights of stairs which just about killed me. They did say when I booked I’d be on the first floor. It was quiet and although we had a balcony facing the road it was peaceful and perfectly shaded for a morning coffee. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

- Julie Guinea (9/5): Great location and comfy rooms - Great location, comfortable rooms and spacious apartment. Great having the keycode for the door to get into room. A frypan or two more would have been great. Hard to cook on one frypan only. Not enough carparks, had to squeeze into one near the bins as someone had their jetski taking up a car park and when no vacancy, means there wasn't any parks left by the time we checked in.

- Tori (9/5): Great apartments in an excellent location! - Clean, spacious apartments with a good pool area. Location was really great especially for those with kids (walk to cafes, playground and beach). Pool wasn’t shaded which in the middle of summer is a bit of a bummer but minor.

- murgon26 (10/5): Great place in a great place! - 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a standard apartment for 2 nights. Spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. Large terrace areas with a BBQ. Property has a nice pool and BBQ area. Easy parking. Steps to second and third floors. Smack between surf beach and shops, walk everywhere. Kitchen provisions are basically what a motel would provide. No salt and pepper even for instance. This is clear in booking but and foodland is nearby

- Cathy (10/5): Perfect location - The Beach Club is right in the heart of town. I walked to the shops and to the beach too. The pool was refreshing and the apartment had everything I needed. The ceiling fans were very dusty, they need a clean. The furniture could use an update, it was all very comfortable.

- Valerie (10/5): - Proximity to beach and shops is great. Having such a nice sized kitchen is also a bonus. Getting luggage and eskies up all those stairs from parking is hard work
- Victoria (9/5): Our Christmas vacation at Agnes Water . - It is close to a post office, grocery store and a fuel station servo. The open space in between buildings from the top level down to the ground that let the rainwater fall in walkways and near the door. I think its very dangerous especially for the elderly to slipped and fall when the floor is overly wet. It needs to be redesigned , maybe a perplex material that is see through and is shaped lika a semi cone ' wider at the top and all the water stays enclosed. Just my thoughts.
