- James (8/5): Well located and generall quite good. - The rooms we had were nice and clean, good enough in size and being all at ground level great for octogenerian father. My only real comment is that the shower uses a glass screen but that screen did not stop water from being splashed onto the bathrrom floor when showering. This did make the floor a bit slippery as the bath mat was smallish. - Geoff (9/5): Great location and a good choice in Cooma - Great location within easy walk to town centre. Undercover car parking outside the room is a nice idea and very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed, quality linens (and plenty of towels!), good supply of basics (microwave, toaster, jug, cutlery and so forth). Some nice touches with decent bedside lights and power points/USB outlets for example. The beds were quite high - that might be an issue for some people.

The motel has undercover car port parking outside the rooms, to protect cars from heat and bad weather. Only a block from Cooma main street - great location. Our double room also had a single bed, which made the room super cramped. Would have been perfect without it, but I understand they need to have flexible room for families to stay as well.

Bar fridge was hidden in a cupboard which kept the operating noise down so it didn't disturb our sleep. Room was standard motel fare, so quite small. Outside noise from other guests arriving during the night was quite loud.
