Leonie (9/5): Friendly staff, and well serviced rooms that are clean and very spacious. - The reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and had a lounge, chairs and table with great TV options. My room was serviced daily and my biscuit supplies were always replaced daily. Parking was brilliant as it was spacious and plentiful. A few little concerns were dealt with promptly and with a friendly manner. Truly a delightful experience. Nothing to complain about.

Norman (9/5): Nice! But fix your refrigerator issue, in all rooms - Nicely appointed inside. I usually go for a place with a bathtub. The jacuzzi jets was a nice surprise! One little thing they need to address, refrigerators have what is called a condenser. They expel heat. The refrigerator is completely sealed in a wood case, with a front door. With a small vent on the BOTTOM left side. Heat RISES. The heat has nowhere to go, and overheats the condenser. Therefore making it difficult for the fridge to stay cold inside. It was hot inside that cabinet! I left the front wood case door open. It may seem insignificant, but if they want their fridges to overheat and eventually break down, that’s what will happen! My suggestion break the seal of the wood cabinet from the wall. Position it 1 inch from the wall to let the fridge mechanics to breath, from behind. Or remove the front door of the wooden cabinet it sits in.
James (10/5): Very comfy, so good, will come back again - The room was great value for money, incredibly comfortable, close to dining options and had plenty of parking. The bed was so comfortable, but it was the availability of a bath that was the original sell point. After that, it just got better and better Not much to say negative of. Not enough time to enjoy the pool. Only there for a couple of days and ran out of time.

Hiller (7/5): All over it was a pleasant stay for 1 night while traveling. - Big Room. Enough Parking spots. Great location, restaurants, shops, petrol station etc. in walking distance. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good/ not shower. Was good for a 1 night stay. A bit old. No elevator which can be a bit annoying when you have to carry a couple of bags upstairs. Can be a bit noisy due to the Main Street and traffic. Some lights in the room worked, some didn’t. Fridge/ mini bar was stocked, however, the fridge was turned off on arrival, so all drinks were hot.

Cate (2/5): Very poor - Location The cleanliness of the room was a lot to be desired Behind bed was not vaccumed and and when i looked behind bed side cupboard i found steel wool crambed in between power point and the wall ,? Ive heard this provents mice as they dont like to chew the steel wool. , would baits or pest control service be less flamable and not a fire hazard as well cleaner cheaper in the long run and it wouldnt it eradicate the pests. Yeah ? Behind bedside cupboard it obviously had not been vaccumed for months. Then disapointing in the bathroom as it was the cheapest one ply toilet roll ever. Great location tho.

Susanne (8/5): Comfy short overnight stay. - Jill was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Spa bath nice however hard to get out of (for me). Room service dinner was an added extra and much appreciated after a long drive. Chicken schnitzel very nice but vegetables were not fresh.

33candys (10/5): Clean and tidy - Comfortable bed, extra pillows and blanket provided. Clean, tidy, good air con. Clean bathroom 🤩 is always a bonus, nice towels and provided toiletries. Good size room, no dinning room however room service is available. Would stay again.
Josie (7/5): Bed comfy however just because it’s heritage hotel doesn’t mean everything should be old - Location Spa Bedding was old and extra blankets was old and smelled dusty. No breakfast available on weekends.

Laura (8/5): Great night sleep but lack of care in customer service. - The beds were very comfortable and the heater had been put on for our late arrival. I requested on booking a month prior to arriving a bathtub and quiet room and was only answered a day before arrival that I had not booked a room with bathtub and they were fully booked. I definitely would have booked a room with a bath had that been an option but it wasn’t which is why I had requested it on booking. And they replied they couldn’t guarantee a quiet room. In fact the side we were on was the noisiest side and big trucks drove past all night. The room was apparently serviced as the biscuits were replenished but our wet towels on the floor and beds were not made in a 3 nights booking. Customer service was not great.
Rebecca (8/5): Good value for money and surprisingly quiet - For the style of accommodation, it was great value for money on a popular weekend. The room was clean and they provided bathroom essentials, even toothbrushes/toothpaste if you forgot them. It was very quiet in the evenings, surprising for a ground-floor room. The room was not serviced during the three nights. This would be fine except someone did enter our room which was odd - the first day and picked up the bedcover off the floor and just piled it on a chair. On other days they empty the bin but they don't make your bed or touch the bathroom. Recommend asking about room service expectations when checking in.
