- Julie (10/5): The host gave us a lovely welcome on arrival and so pleasantly surprised to see such a large warm cottage. - The host was so lovely and welcoming. Great big comfortable rooms. Just needed a washing machine and clothes dryer (it was raining while we were there)
- Donna (9/5): - Lovely place A stove and maybe washing machine would have been handy
- James (6/5): Servicabke but disappointo - Water filter Cleanliness, cold and stinginess of coffee pods
- Patricia (7/5): - It was a very pretty spot. Our hosts lived on the property next door and send over their son with a container of salad vegetables from their greenhouse - very welcome. The kitchen did not have a stove but there was an excellent bbq out the back under cover.
- Kathryn (9/5): Beautiful retreat - Serenity of the location
- Maree (10/5): - Cute and quiet lovely host No good TV reception

- Nicholls (7/5): Peaceful location. - Lovely peaceful location WiFi was bit intermittent
Grounds could have been a little more looked after.
- Robert (8/5): - Except for the issue below, I would highly recommend this property to any and all. Host met us and greeted us upon arrival. The only issue was that there was no internet. Did not know if the service was down, or just not working. Since we had no internet there was no way to contact the host to inquire.
- Susan (8/5): -
- Carl (8/5): A pleasant one night stay - Very convenient location. Faint smell of cigarette smoking inside.
- Ian (8/5): - It was peaceful and quiet. Parking outside the door. Plenty of space. A very minor point; the towels were quite stiff and scratchy.
- Neil (7/5): -
- Doug (8/5): - It would be good to have basic breakfast supplies as the location is a bit out of town
- Kristine (10/5): Perfect short stay - Quiet location, friendly hosts, perfect for a short stay. All good.
- Ben (9/5): - Cozy and lovely owners. Not too far from town. The hard beds
- Klazina (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - The homely feel of the cottage and the very welcoming hosts. The living room was quite dark, would have loved some reading lamps.
- Rachel (8/5): Piece of paradise - Loved the place. Quiet peaceful relaxing. Whilst still close to sorell and Richmond and surroundings areas for amenities and activities. Space for kids to run around. Good internet and phone reception. Lady who greeted us was lovely. A new toilet and sink was upstairs just off the huge big bed's which was great not having to come down stairs at night. Bbq was awesome we did that the 2 nights of our stay. I can say I honestly couldn't fault anything. As pictured in booking.com photos and ad details.

- Sam (9/5): A perfect country retreat, ideal for a few nights to explore the area. - The location is a few minutes out of Richmond, making it quiet but also close to the town for meals and shopping, as well as historic sites. The host met us and even arranged extra towels for us without prompting. The property is warm and spacious, with an excellent shower and good kitchen if you're preparing your own meals. The light came in early upstairs as there is only window frosting, no blind/curtain. Otherwise there was nothing we did not like.
- Frank (8/5): Pleasant one night stay after late arrival. Interesting creaking sounds with Tassie's strong winds - Host met us at the door upon our late hour of arrival and to ensure everything was OK and to inform us of broken 2nd bathroom/toilet. White accessories into some calming green tones. Well provided breakfast items. Great to see care for environment with use of eco-Friendly products.
