- Doreen (9/5): Wedding stay - Comfortable beds and friendly staff made the stay a good one Was disappointed to find the spa bath barely worked, and the restaurant is non existent so I had to order in as I had no vehicle to go looking for food.

- Emma (5/5): Passable - Dodgey and noisey guests coming and going at all hours, suspect this property is also used for homeless government housing. Full on domestic arguments in the car park and speeding cars coming and going. One guy walked out of the motel and smashed a whole box of beer on the ground out the front of the car park. Unusual odours in room and mould in bathroom

- Kay (5/5): Great location but needs a real deep clean! - Good location Ground floor room felt and smelled damp. Sofas were filthy with dust and crumbs. Also sheets were clean, there were black hairs throughout the beds which had probably fallen in while they were being made. There were also quite a few holes in the walls and some wallpaper peeling off.

- Marco (7/5): Basic and Functional. Was convenient for our purposes. - Suite with two bedrooms was spacious. Had a basic functional kitchen. Location was OK, not too far out of Wellington. On-site parking, friendly and helpful staff. Wi-fi was fine. Place was old and tired. Our suite was on the Western side and the afternoon sun made the suite hot. There was no air-con so the manager kindly lent us an extra fan. We opened the windows to get some air which helped but the highway nearby was noisy with open windows. Double-glazed windows cuts out the road noise well.

- Nan (5/5): satisfactory given I was there for work but quite expensive for poor quality. - parking was good. The room was spacious. The whole place is really run down and even though the room was clean it had problems. The bathtub leaked and didn't hold the water in it. the kitchen stuff worked but everything was old and worn.
