- Ian1952 (9/5): A roomy, comfortable apartment in lovely surroundings. - Park Avenue Holiday Units is a small, very well presented establishment. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, who answered every request with a smile. The lawns and gardens around the rooms mad it seem more like staying in a private home. The provision of a laundry is a welcome bonus. Although the units are a little distance from the centre of Albany, it's an easy drive, and the beach is close by. The apartment we had provided space and all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable. As it could be configured for 4 guests, there was lots of seating and plenty of crockery, etc. A very comfortable apartment. Nothing at all.

- David (8/5): Comfortable stay in great location - Location was great and in easy walking distance to Middleton Beach and eateries (choice of 3). Unit was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. The paths to Emu Point and around to the harbor are well worth the effort. Although the complex is older than some others it has a beautiful vibe about it. It was spacious and great value.

Would definitely return again and recommend to others The kitchen would have benefitted from deeper cereal bowls, a smaller chopping knife and colander. Otherwise, hard to find fault.

- Pekepo (4/5): Accommodation disappointed , Albany Beautiful - There was no food, the location was a short walk to the Beach, we was able to park our car outside of unit When I checked in at reception I was asked for my credit card details I did not think this was fair as we had already paid for our accommodation through you I do not like anyone storing my credit card details apparently this is for any damage caused to the unit, the room smelt when entering property like it hadn't been cleaned properly there was hairs on the carpet, the crisper in fridge was cracked we did report this to some cleaners that were cleaning units that had been vacated and they did the fridge was old and they was aware of it that would .and send as there was a terrible constant loud whistling drone noise which we put down to the fridge it was terrible, by Thursday we realised that no cleaning of emptying of bin no clean towels soaps tea coffee was going to be filled up or cleaned no bed making nothing absolutely nothing for 5 days not what I was expecting you basically was on yr own occasionally you would see reception and man partner I assume doing gardening, I left the accommodation spotless all draws cupboards floors stripped bed we had two small towels for a 5 day stay fortunately after begging the cleaners they let us have clean Towels , my Husband and I ran a Motel for 5yrs with restaurant we served rooms every day with clean towels top ups beds made & Bins , I think if you leave a room for a week or more then you are going to have rooms that smell because not all people will keep it clean carpets especially there is a folder in the room telling you where to go and get the vacuum & mop & Bucket

- KAYO (8/5): スターリングレンジナショナルパークへ行く際にとても便利な場所だった。 - 部屋が広くてきれい。キッチンも広く、お皿やグラス、お鍋、包丁、カトラリー、電子レンジ、電気ポット、オーブン等何でもそろっている！ キッチンがとても広かったので近くのスーパーへ買い出しにいき、夕食はキッチンで作って食べました。オーブン料理もしましたが、使いやすくとても良かった！鍋やフライパンなどたくさんの種類があったので便利でした。ベットルームが３つもあったので広々寝れました。翌日スターリングレンジナショナルパークで山登りをする予定だったので朝食も作って食べてから出発しましたが大満足でした。

- Eranga (3/5): - Location The internet service is very poor. The TV is very old. The bathroom light does not work sometimes, and I had to fix it myself. There is zero entertainment for kids. Overall, this is not value for money.

However it would be good if the management numbered the parking bays and allocated to each unit. We were allocated a bay for unit 5 but found someone else parked there every time we returned to the accommodation.
