• Barbara (8/5): Great location, very tidy rooms for a short break to New Plymouth - Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bed was firm - for those who like a firm bed, all good, for us it was too hard. A bit like goldilocks!

• Rajneel (4/5): It was alright , not booking here again. - I liked the location, as it was very central and convenient. I also appreciated that the room was clean and tidy The room was far too small and compact for the price we were paying. There was barely any space to move around, and it felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Although checkout was discussed to be at 11:00 am, we were repeatedly rushed from around 10:00 am onwards. Staff showed up at the room asking us to leave immediately and were extremely rude in the way this was handled.
