No issues to spoil anything. - Staff were very friendly and welcoming, each one engaged with even if saying hullo passing asked if everything was allright anything I needed. I had struggled with the booking app but this was no problem for reception when i arrived, most welcoming and happy to sort, patient and I felt they were going to make everything fine and were more worried about me. Just really kind, great attitudes. I hadn't realised there were stairs when I booked; was sorted to a downstairs room. The same when I extended my stay, nice chat about the area, happy to engage in conversation and felt welcoming. The rooms facilities were all easy to work, didn't have to ask anything e.g wifi password on the wall. Iron and board in wardrobe if I'd needed it. Extra pillow in wardrobe; I always need an extra pillow to be comfy :-) Plenty of car parking easy access to room. Nice atmosphere and easy walking distance to purchase cooked food or supermarket or the garage not far down across the road. I was able to just get on with my nostalgic trip and relax when i needed to. Great shower! And lovely clean shampoo and soap dispensers on shower wall so no handling of bits of soap etc. Supplies replenished discreetly as needed each day, while i was away. Good heating and plenty of windows for fresh air. Thank you. No need to spend time next time looking for where to stay. Sorry would need to dig to deep to find anything for here. There wasn't anything I came across . One day I thought i was going to run out of milk and need to ask but when i got home it was replenished..... so again not a problem.

- Susan (8/5): - Our motorbikes were accommodated for and parked safely near our room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
- Louise (3/5): Disappointing - Location and easy to park - bed comfortable Breakfast was included - part of the reason we chose it. However when I went back to reception to ask about it - the receptionist explained that they do not offer that promotion any more. She said she would honour the advertised breakfast and gave us 2 pieces of bread some butter, 1 small milk, 1 orange juice, 1 banana and 1 packet of muesli - I explained we were 2 guests and she gave me an extra muesli. As a ‘small studio’ we have had bigger standard sized hotel bedrooms. Overpriced for what it is.

Muesli sachet, fresh milk, banana, wholegrain toast bread, butter, jam. The unit was so clean - the bathroom was sparkling. The bed was comfortable with good bed linen. On a main bus route but very low traffic noise. The juice was very sweet? The fridge was not cold enough - it might be worth a temperature check. A couple of plunger sachets of coffee and a coffee plunger would be nice. The unit was quite small. But minor.

- Gina (1/5): BEWARE, IT IS NOT OK - Close to town Had booked two rooms for two couples and was disgusted in the man that run the motel, he was spying out his window at us at night time, if he had a problem why didn't he come over and talk to us? Was disgusting behavior and I wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay, he done this all night to us as we did come an go a few times as we were making the most of our time in palmy, not only did he stare but he also swept around our vehicle as my son was having a smoke in it as it was raining and you cant smoke in the room and as he got to his door he thought it would be OK to open my son's door and tell him we have kept him up all night and he wasn't allowed to sleep in the vechile, it was the worst experience we have ever had from any motel.
