• Daniel (10/5): Superbra läge. - Hotellet är lite slitet men läget är fantastiskt. Trevlig personal. Inte så kul frukost men med tanke på hur pass billigt hotellrummet är så kan jag inte klaga. Bara några minuters gångavstånd till Asok BTS och Terminal 21.
• Yasuyuki (6/5): - 立地条件と部屋の広さは良いです。ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。設備は古いのを承知で宿泊したので大丈夫でしたが、シャワーの水圧と温度調整が悪かったのでそこは困りました。 アメニティはありませんが、無料の朝食と部屋にビンのミネラルウォーターが毎日ついていたのは良かったです。

• Toshikazu (8/5): - 施設の古い感じは否めないが、近くにターミナル21があり、空港からのマッカサン駅もタクシーですぐ近くMRTで駅1つでどこへ行くにもとても便利です。朝食は、パン、お粥、ウインナー、OJ、ミルク、インスタントコーヒー、目玉焼き、で他のホテルと比べるととても簡素ですが、さっと食べて出かける人にはこれで十分なのかと思いました。ドライヤーはフロントで聞きましたが、その時はなく翌日の朝届けてくれました。行動派には良いホテルです。

Situé près des stations de metro Asok ou Nana.Piscine très agréable et salle de sport. Personnet très sympatique.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This is a budget hotel, so my expectations were pretty low. However it was one of the grottiest places I have ever stayed. The whole building is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom was dirty with permanent staining on walls and in the bath tub (rust?). The hotel is on a side street and through a car park. It has the air of somewhere really salubrious. You have to pay additional for WiFi which doesn’t work.

• Weig Hon (2/5): WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - Pictures and description were not even remotely as advertised. Room was neglected and run down, lamp didn't work, the sink spout was broken, towels were stained and smelt sour, and the room had a mouldy smell to it. Mattress were squeeky,old, and uncomfortable. I wasn't even willing to go bare foot in the room. Also, booked a non-smoking room, the room stunk of cigarettes. When I called the front desk about the smoking room issue the guy came up into the room and said it wasn't a smoking room and that he smelt nothing, so I handed him the ash tray that was in the room. The front desk and management were not willing to do anything to help me change rooms or to compensate. I originally booked for 4 days and left the hotel in less than 7 hours. The only reason it was 7 hours long is because I landed in BKK at 4:00am local time, and booked a new room almost immediately after I got to this hotel, just had to wait until noon for check in at new hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Com and this hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in very very tired hotel , the rooms are still from the 1970s untouched the pool and sun beds were dirty and old couldn’t wait to leave !!
• Verified traveler (2/5): 다신 가고싶지 않은 역대 최악의 숙소 - 지금까지 다녀본 숙소중 최악이였습니다 싱글베드 2개가 있는 숙소를 신청하였음에도 퀸베드 방을 배정해주고 잘못되었다고 항의해도 이미 예약이 끝나 바꿔줄수 없다는 얘기를 매우 불친절한 태도로 통보했습니다. 내 예약은 예약도 아닌가요? 덕분에 4일간 지내는동안 퀸배드에서 낑겨자며 지내야 했네요 청결또한 최악이였습니다. 욕실은 냄새로 차있고 욕조와 하수구는 청소를 하지않아 찌꺼기로 가득했습니다. 더욱이 외출 후에도 방청소는 물론 수건조차 바뀌어있지 않은걸로 봐서 방에 아예 들어오질 않은 것 같습니다. 아침식사도 먹기 찝찝했고 직원 친절도도 매우 불만스러워 저희같은 피해자가 다시 나오지 않길 바랍니다.

• TAEKO (10/5): リーズナブル&フレンドリー - 2018/11/5-11/10コストを抑えたくて、こちらに連泊にしました。 4つ星以下が初めてで不安でしたが、スタッフみなさんがフレンドリーで、穏やかで安心して泊まれました。 建物はかなり古く、鍵もレトロです。館内禁煙ですが、エアコン回っていないとタバコ臭いのはマイナス点。外出する時に窓を開けておけば、解決しました。 フルサイズの冷蔵庫。アメニティーは持参。リネン・タオルは清潔です。 広さ充分で、アソークの駅から徒歩圏内、この値段は破格なのでまた利用します。 ちなみに隣接のスナック「あいぼりー2」のママさんは、日本語OK。とても安心しました！

• Marc Anthony (6/5): Pas le meilleur choix que j'ai pu faire - Ressemble à un mini appartement studio avec tout le nécessaire. Y compris une petite cuisine. L'état général est à désirer. Les finitions sont bâclées. La vue sur un mur à quelques mètres n'a rien à voir avec ce que l'on peut voir sur le site. La piscine est petite et surtout sale. Reste la vue sur la ville depuis les toits au 9eme étage. Rien de bien exceptionnel et pour le prix demandé j'ai pu avoir beaucoup mieux.

• YOSHI (8/5): スクンビット通りから10分ぐらい歩きます。 - 静かなホテルです。建物が古いから今ひとつ人気が無いかもわかりませんが男ひとり旅にとっては14時チェックインなのに10時に部屋に入れてくれたり、ロビーや門番の従業員のやさしそうな笑顔でゆったりとした気分で過ごせました。朝食も喫茶店のモーニングのレベルですが自分にとっては満足です。また利用したいと思います。
• Roman (6/5): Лучше переплатить и взять отель поновее. - Очень убитый отель. Плохой запах в номерах от освежителя воздуха, чтобы скрыть запах курева. В холодильнике морозилка вся во льду. Сушилки нет. В ванне облупленная краска. В комнате был вид на стену соседнего здания примерно в метре от нашего. Балкона нет. ОЧЕНЬ влажно в номере. Темно. Прямо рядом с отелем ничего нет. До 7/11 минут 5 идти. Дороги узкие и без тротуара, приходится постоянно пропускать автомобили. Из плюсов: Приветливый персонал, бассейн на крыше работает до 22:00. 7 минут пешком до BTS Asok и MRT Sukhumvit. Вайфаем не пользовались, с новыми тарифами безлимитного интернета, он не нужен. На завтрак так и не спустились. Лучше чуть переплатить и взять отель получше и новее.

The whole corridor no light as when walk pass, it goes off too fast, thus making very dark n scary The washing basic is clogged n water take sometime to slowly drain off. Already info the house keeping about this issue but still the same.... The room look dark even light on...can be improved. No shampoo as only washing soap avail. Towel side torn still using.

• Steven Lai (4/5): A very disappointing stay - Room was large with many things I don't need but lacking in the basics such as shampoo, hair dryer and kettle. You need to pay for wifi use so that's a major turn off. Breakfast was embarrasing, you either have cereal, bread or rice/noodle with eggs. Management is poor in deciding what's important for the guest and what's not.
• Rose (6/5): Very average - Nothing like the pictures, I wasn't happy with the hotel at all. Location wasn't the best to start with, our room was nothing like what was said on the website, on our reservation it said bathtub which was one of the reasons I booked it as we had been travelling for a long time to read get into the room to see a shower that wasn't particularly clean and had little flies hanging around it. Overall the room didn't seem very clean at all and wouldn't of used any of the cups and saucers provided. The pool was average, looked a lot cleaner on the picture. Couldn't fault the staff, I asked her a kettle in the room and they handed one straight over to me which was good of them. Overall, wasn't happy with our stay and would never rebook, put a bit of a downer on the start of our travels for 2 weeks
• Ana V. (2/5): Don't trust the pictures - First of all, it says Hotel but it is not a hotel. It is a residence and the pictures do not match with the reality. The room we book was dirty and very old. The swiming pool was so dirty that water was green. The only positive thing is the hotel staff, very friendly.
• Ricardo Garcia (4/5): They charge for WiFi - Hotel and rooms are very old. Not clean. Mildew in shower area. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The gym was 5 star though, had plenty of workout machines and free weights.

• John (8/5): Great Hotel For The Price - What you looking for? If you want to pay £60+ stay at the Westin Hotel a short walk away opposite Terminal 21 shopping complex. If you want a bed for a few days stay here. I has a pool on the roof and a gym. Sauna and Steam room are present but are not the best. Nana plaza is about 100bht away and Sol Cowboy is walking distance.
• Sha-Sun (8/5): Nice place for the money - When I first got there the bathroom was a little run down, I called the staff. They immediately upgraded me to a one bedroom with a much nicer bedroom. They made sure I was happy with my stay here. It is within walking distance to BTS and terminal 21 shopping mall. Very nice staff and great budget hotel.
• Verified traveler (4/5): One night in Bangkok....... literally! - I decided to go cheap, a quick 13 hour turn around. This was the cheap option: the decor was "1990s SE Asia", lighting that was back room dingy, cigarette burns in non-smoking bath room / kitchens. But it was half the price of the area and the bed was strangely very comfortable. Internet had to be paid extra. When I asked for a cab, the rude 4 am staff tried to hustle me for a cab ride to his "friend" at nearly double the metered rate. I would up getting one by using e "grab car" taxi hailing app. Still had to negotiate, but at least it worked. Literally a time warp back to the early 1990s.

• M H (2/5): Not Good At All,,bad memory from bangkok's hotel - Very poor condition, for cleanness and , Hotel is cheap but with same money you could rent other place much better in same area..Staff tried to do their best..but is not their fault.. , is mismanagement , that try to cut cost but not considering cleanness is important more then even building..we had afew rooms each of them has different problem, not hot water in bath , or shower.. In breakfast time, just take look at staff cloths , how is dirty and imagine , you will change your idea about staying in that hotel..

• Wayne (8/5): Good value, well located. - Best Comfort Hotel is well located, within easy walking distance from both the Metro and the Sky Train. There are many restaurants and a great cafe close by on Soi 19. The staff were friendly and while the hotel was a little old and tired it was still clean and good value for money.

In the end I settled for a room with minimal smoke odour. This is the only criticism of the room. The hotel offered good value for money.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Poor hotel - Very poorly maintained hotel but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are on a tight budget then consider it, otherwise stay away. There is no 24 hour desk - it opens 7am and closes 11pm
• Rajiv (8/5): Nice Hotel close to Asok Station, Quiet Area. - Taxi drivers could not find the hotel without calling the Hotel Staff for Directions. Pleasant Staff.

• tim (6/5): nice and quit in the hustle and bustle - a short stop in bangkok before going elsewhere it was close to main rd and train station but far enough away to be quiet ,nice roof top pool
• Darcy (6/5): best comfort stay - stay was ok and worth the low price. wifi was bad because you have to pay extra if want. bed was not ok for me it made my back sore if lay around too much. room was fine ,was just old fixtures of wood and fridge and bathtub,floor was nice looking ceramic wood grain.
• Christopher (8/5): A stroll away from night life - The room was amazingly big had a separate living space and kitchen area more like a one bedroom flat then a hotel room friendly staff and breakfast was just basic but included in the price will stay again
• Max (8/5): Many rooms have good view - Actually was better than I expected. I did not use the pool of course, but i did use the gym - its better than nothing for the price you pay.
• Jung (10/5): Great service and room! - Amazing 2-bedroom suite!! Comfy beds and sofas. The breakfast buffet consist of made to order eggs, fried rice,sausages, toast, fresh fruit, coffee and milk. It's an older building but really clean and well maintained. Stayed here because it's 5 min walk to May Massage which costs 120B/hr.
• Justin (4/5): Good location but not much else - Service staff not very friendly or Interested. Heavy smell of smoke comes into room at night. Very dirty and run down hotel and no wifi. Good location.
• Lam (6/5): Rooms are nice - The room was nice. The breakfast is the same food & there's no wifi.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Big and clean - Room is big enough for two and clean.My only dissatisfy is hotel does not provide with kettle to boil water and no slipper for toilet use.
