• Ernani (1/5): Sewer Leakage in the Kitchen - Utterly gross and unsanitary. There is a sewer leakage in the area which smells really bad - and that area happens to be the kitchen. Bathroom appears to be mouldy. If you want to stay in a clean, sanitary place - this isn’t the right one.

• Julien (8/5): - Parfait. Accueil très chaleureux, chambre propre, confortable et très calme. J''ai rejoint cet établissement après avoir fui un hôtel archi bruyant dans lequel il était impossible de dormir 200 mètres plus loin, et j'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais : le calme et de vraies nuits de sommeil (dortoir mixte 4 personnes). Le petit-déjeuner est compris, il est simple mais suffisant me concernant (possibilité de cuisiner en parallèle), et les résidents croisés étaient tous respectueux. Emplacement idéal à côté de la gare centrale (facile d'accès pour l'aéroport et les transports pour visiter Sydney et ses environs). Rien à dire. Si chacun y met du sien (faire attention au bruit, ne pas claquer les portes, garder les espaces communs propres), c'est agréable pour tout le monde.

• KENICHI (10/5): 東海岸ドミあちこち泊まった中でコスパ1位！ - 玄関を出たらいきなりトラムのヘイマーケット駅という超便利な立地。やたら収容人数が多いが十分な たくさんのシンク、電気コンロを備えた食堂スペースとソファーラウンジがある。よくある調味料の残置物などはほとんどないので持参した方が良い。 食器は洗ってカゴに置いておけば拭かなくても定期的にスタッフが戻してくれる。 その他スタッフ人数が十分で清掃、整頓の衛生面 などは十分満足。チェックアウト前後の荷物置き場もあり便利。 トイレ小便器や手洗い排水が一部壊れていた。 ドミトリーのベッドはカーテンはなくむき出し。 収容人数に対してエレベーターは1台だけでかなり待つ。
• Solana (7/5): - Pedi hab de 4 femenina, bien, limpian todos los dias, no hay enchufe en la cama, si en el locker de cada una. Los baños bien, no cocine. Solo calente agua pero las heladeras llenas. Tiene una sala con sillones. A la habitacion no le llegaba casi wifi. Ubicacion a dos cuadras de la central station y en plena George st. Siendo Argentina, no es un hostel para llegar conocer gente y hacer amigos. Pero si para estar de paso. El personal suuuuper amable y dispuestos a resolver lo que sea. El wifi se podria mejorar y que cada cama tenga enchufe ahi al lafo.

• Jiaxin (2/5): Not recommended - Actually，this accommodation supplement is fine，cleanness is ok I think I was bullied by one of my roommates，she keep saying I interrupt her，but I already low down my voice. You even could ask other roomates to check，but they don’t .And after she talking to the employee，I was asked to change my room in five minutes,never ask my opinion，I really doubt I met racist ，cause she is nice to everyone except me.

It was well located to transport, restaurants & I felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit mouldy, and there wasn't anywhere to put down your things for a shower & things got wet when changing. Couple of hooks but a shelf or stool would be helpful.

Even the customer service admit that the system was so glitchy these days there’s many cases of complaints. Technically was the website fault from bookings.com but there’s no resolve in between them after numerous calls i made on both sides one day before the check in date. Bookings.com said i had to bury the cost for that! Unfair! Who has the money these days to pay for double the amount for one stay! I got charged double for one booking! Bookings.com website had a glitch and made two bookings. Even the customer service admit that the system was so glitchy these days there’s many cases of complaints. • Luis Alberto (7/5): Great location, comfortable beds, value for you're money! - Location was amazing!! Lots of restaurants, and shops, walkable everywhere! Right next to central station and a light rail stop right outside the hostel. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. The staff were friendly and nice. You can hear people coming in and out of their rooms because the doors slam shut too loudly. The lift can sometimes take forever. The bathrooms are a little rundown but water pressure and hot water was great! The breakfast was not exciting, just cereal and bread and I think coffee but its free so I appreciated it.

The breakfast was very easy and decent. Bedroom was just what I needed, somewhere to sleep. • Ophelie (6/5): Overall good - Great location, clean. The dorm I was in was very good, big enough, lockers were big and with power socket inside which was so useful. The hostel asks guests to keep things off the floor and this makes a big difference. The dorm was tidy and not cluttered. Showers were spacious as well. The kitchen is sometimes very full and is in the basement (no natural light during breakfast). The included breakfast is very basic; bread, spreadable, cereals, room temperature milk and fruit juices. Not the best hostel to socialise.
