- Kristy (8/5): - The quiet environment and lovely rooms Nothing
- Carolyn (9/5): - Very recently updated so fresh and modern. Spacious room with cooking possibility plus washing machine. Outside seating as well. Only quibble for some would be few streets away from ocean.
- Tanya and Shayne (9/5): Very nice, without the pressure to join would be nicee - It was clean, well priced and well situated The staff were lovely abd helpful but clearly hnder pressure from above to get people signed up to the ACCOR program. We almost cancelled because of the txts, calls and emails in the week leading up to our stay, and then we were questioned and cornered and pencilled in for the 2hour meeting even though we had told them no. I dont hold this against the staff as they are probably incentivised to do this but it was the one thing that makes me never want to stay at an ACCOR hotel again.

- Lisa (8/5): Nice, clean rooms - good value for - Newly renovated, very clean rooms. Good access at night time to check in. Bit of a drive from the beach but ample parking.
- Haggren (8/5): Spacious apartment and lovely pool area. Shower needed a deeper clean and the location is a decent walk to the beach. De - Spacious apartment and lovely pool area Shower needed a deeper clean and the location is a decent walk to the beach. Despite ticking no to promotion at check in the staff rang me to try and get me to join the hotel group.
- Juliana (10/5): - Everything Once the sales office was shut there was no toilet or change facilities for the pool area. A1
- Matt (8/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Huth (9/5): - Loved the newly renovated rooms. great staff very talkative and friendly. Laundry facilities were not great. Cloths dryer wouldn't dry my cloths, even after two cycle. They do provide clothhorses in their rooms which was a life saver on a road tripping holiday.
- Taylor (6/5): - Very clean and spacious room No restaurant or room service capability
- Kyle (7/5): Good room spacious and clean - Clean and fresh design rooms Had to walk to town
- Adam (10/5): -

- Bonita (10/5): Loved our 2 night stay, room was spacious, neat & tidy. Had a great 2 nights and much needed rest. Felt loved when w - Very clean room and complex was neat & tidy Waking us early in the morning to attend a promotional meeting in regards to a group of hotels
- Miller (9/5): - Beautiful and quiet
- Carla (10/5): Fantastic ultra modern clean apartments. - The apartments were fantastic. Exceptionally clean throughout with ultra modern classy decor. The apartments were located just a 5 min lovely walk back from the glorious Palm Cove beach and village. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday.....loved our time there and will definitely return back there again. N/A
- Emily (9/5): Enjoyable family holiday - Everything felt very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer in the room which was great with kids. Good cooking facilitates. The pool didn’t have much of a shallow area for kids but it was a beautiful pool.
I didn’t appreciate multiple contacts from staff to attend meetings about joining the hotel group. I was there to enjoy a rare family holiday not attend meetings.
- Tony (9/5): -
- Donato (9/5): We’ll definitely book again. - Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The nicest accommodation we’ve stayed in Palm Cove and great value. Nothing to report.
- Ieshah (9/5): we loved it - the rooms were really nice and clean the beds weren’t the most comfortable but still really enjoyed our stay, we love staying at hotels we just feel as if we were really only there for 2 sleeps and 1 day as check in time is at 2pm and checkout is at 10am so it felt like it was really only 1 full day there instead of 2. Other than that the hotel is beautiful
- Patricia (10/5): - Lovely relaxing stay
- Chris Hodge (8/5): -
- Sue (9/5): Great place to stay, lots of room, clean and tidy. - Great location, quiet. Great view from the bedroom window overlooking the pool. Staff were very helpful especially with an issue with the dishwasher! Good size room with a decent sofa as well as King sized bed. Plenty of room to move around. The bed was two singles pushed together, so there was a slight gap in the middle! We had a bit of an issue with some beeping to start with - took ages to work out how to turn the dishwasher off. Be good to have some simple instructions for things. Even the staff took a while to work it out, but they were very helpful.
- Helen (9/5): - The quiet ,the pool, everything. Not being able to get a cafe a bit nearer, maybe a small breakfast cafe would be great.
- Gavin (9/5): -
- jane (10/5): -
- gail (9/5): - Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful. Appartments also exceptional. The only minor thing was no instructions how to use the hot plates .
- Sue (9/5): Brilliant. Would stay here again - Everything. Fresh and clean modern design and all the mod cons you need Nothing

- Kerryn (7/5): Fantastic accomodation in a beautiful place - Beautifully refurbished rooms. Comfy bed. Enormous TV Was quite a walk to the beach and main part of Palm Cove. Being a solo woman it was a bit scary walking back at night
- Naomi (10/5): -

- A (10/5): - It was such a beautiful property with stunning view.
- Dakota (10/5): - This was amazing
- Fiona (8/5): -
- kevin (9/5): Relaxing stay - It was extremely comfortable and quiet . The apartment was roomy and gave a feeling of open space. The ironing board they use in these places is unabelievable bad.
- Rosie (8/5): Rooms were beautiful, pool clean and setting peaceful. - Quiet setting and easy walking to town
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Great stay in an excellent resort. - Location was good, the staff were excellent and the facilities were lovely. Nothing negative to say.
- Judith (7/5): Good - the room was well appointed and comfortable, room was lovely and cool on arrival mostly an enjoyable stay the managers and staff were very helpful the ventilation was not working in the bathroom was reported to management so should be okay now
- David (9/5): If we go back to Palm Cove the Sebel would be our first choice. - Well appointed, clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and linen. Quiet location. Not a “didn’t like” as we chose the property for its location. It suited us but it would be a decent walk there and back to shops and restaurants.
- Gail (10/5): Fantastic - The staff were fantastic
Location great
Room exceptional
Premise very clean and tidy Nothing !
- Shane (10/5): - The Reception team at the Sebel Palm Cove Resort were really accommodating during our time here.
Definitely recommend 👌 this place to stay.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom Self contained apartment which suited our needs.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graeme (3/5): never again, no bar, no restaurant, slum surroundings, room was good but nothing else - No Breakfast anywhere food, none
- Schneider (10/5): Exceptional -
- Haylee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grace (10/5): - Perfect getaway! Spacious room! Can’t thank enough to that someone who found my card and leaving it in the reception. A safe place indeed!
- Coralee (9/5): Hidden luxury pad for Palm Cove - Close to the beach but not beach prices, quiet location
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kayla (5/5): Passable - Unfortunately room wasn’t very clean. Hair through shower, sand through washing machine, old liquid of some sort through bottom of bin, funny smell in room.
- Helen (7/5): Comfortable - Location for us a little bit far from the beach and eateries.
Really needed a car or taxi.
Okay for people more mobile than my husband and me.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Incredible stay, was just like home, the staff were kind, amazing and super helpful 💜
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicki (7/5): Good - Pool

- Mafaufauga (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (7/5): Good - Staff Great
Rooms spacious
Dishwasher Pool average
No fitness centre on site
- Sarah (6/5): - We were three families with kids (children ages 8-17) staying in separate apartments. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, you would definitely need a car if you're staying here. There's no bar or restaurant, there's not even a vending machine to purchase a drink or a snack. It's NOT a five-minute walk down to the nearest shop, despite what anyone tells you (especially not in the heat with kids). The apartments feel quite remote and apart from some DVD's and board games, there's really not much for kids to do or explore in the evening.
Also, could have been the time of the year (Jan) but despite the aircon being on 24/7, there was a lingering musty/mildewy smell in the bedroom/bed, plus one of the aircon's kept leaking quite a lot of water. The surrounding area was very quiet, almost like a sleepy seaside resort for retirees, so if that's your thing - then this is the place for you. If not, I would not recommend.
- Vilma (4/5): Just ok foe accommodation..but not very informative - Walk to beach shop and the reataurants That they don't have closer to buy other things like drinks or alcohol and snacks
- Lynette (8/5): Nice neat modern apartment, comfy bed, value for money - modern, clean, generous facilities, roomy car parking the room had a very bad odour, damp wet carpet smell, could have been related to the recent TC Jasper event
- Chris (7/5): Good - Staff very friendly and helpful A bit to far from the beach, so car needed
- Michael (7/5): Was nice and relaxing a little bit expensive for what ot was - Room was nice and clean apon arrivel No room service each day to make bed and give clean towels ect. no one at reception.
- Alison (8/5): Enjoyable - Apartment was well equipped, pool area good with bbq Couldn’t find a bathroom fan - starting to see mould spots
- Lexie (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (7/5): Good -
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Diana (8/5): Pleasant other than sofa bed and dusty light shade - Kitchenette and balcony, comfy king bed Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, light shade beside bed covered in dust right near where you sleep unhygienic
- Rb (8/5): Very good -
- Tanya (6/5): Pleasant - Location while away from town was lovely. Pool was pleasant and a great way to unwind. The room was nice and the kitchen was clean. However, a number of corners of the room were not cleaned properly with dust accumulating. I would recommend steam cleaning sofas/armchairs as they were itchy. The sheets were also stained on the sofabed. We booked this hotel based on the pictures of the tennis court, there was no tennis court!!
- Chantelle (3/5): Poor - Studio rooms are large The Sebel is not to be confused with the Accor coral coast residential apartments. I was ‘upgraded’ to the Accor building and only after 2 hours of arguing with staff was I allowed to stay in the Sebel.
- Paula (8/5): good comfortable room and location. - nice quiet location but a nice walk to beach along boardwalk. thought the lane pool was part of property as shows on photos but it is club next door that is extra charge.
- Brown (8/5): Very good - The size of the room was great. Kitchen equipment was well set up. Good quality sheets and towels good size bathroom. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable as one of the bars dug in and I am not a heavy person.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good budget but high quality option for longer stays - Good budget but high quality option for longer stays. The apartments really have everything, are new, comfortable and very spacious. Nice pool too. This property is a short drive to the beach, and in a good location in between cairns and port douglas/daintree so great for those who are happy to drive and want somewhere quiet to unwind at the end of the day. This is really dependent on what kind of holiday you are after, if you don't want to drive and want to be near the action this is not for you, but neither is anything in palm cove tbh (you should be staying in Cairns if this is you)
- Daniela (8/5): excellent resort - property was nice, clean and comfortable location
- Wade (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marlinda (7/5): Good -
- Lynette (9/5): Would recommend staying here. Good value for money. - Spacious, quiet apartment, great air conditioning, really comfortable bed, kitchen equipment: everything you need. Staff were very helpful and polite. Swimming pool and outdoor furniture were super for relaxing. It was a long walk to get to the beach and shops in the heat. However there was plenty of parking onsite.
- Alex (2/5): Very poor -
- Lior (9/5): Superb -
- Leonie (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, we loved our stay
- Helen (8/5): comfortable apartment with all amenities.Easy driving distance to Cairns and Skyrail- much quieter than staying in Cairn - Loved the balcony and watching the birds and the sunrise! Nothing
- David (10/5): One night stay on Honeymoon tour. - Very comfortable and well furnished accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of palm coves main esplanade.
Only stayed one night as part of our Honeymoon tour but would have gladly stayed longer if the time allowed.
Great it has a sofa bed, and a dedicated bedroom. just jncase the snore got too bad for the missus. A couple of broken things within the accommodation buy nothing serious, like a light bulb and a shower shelf which was loose.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Gerald (10/5): - The pool was very handy for Mornings/
Staff very helpful- prompt maintenance to small problems
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Overall a reasonable stay overnight location - Quiet One Ceiling fans noisy, one didn’t work. Milk in fridge had been opened before so couldn’t use it.
- Marie (6/5): - Nothing special about the property one of the fans in the room didn't work and the amenities weren't that great. Hand n body lotion jars were empty
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Jenny (10/5): would stay again. - The room was great. It was quiet. A little bit out of town but that made it very peaceful
- Andy (2/5): - The outlook from the balcony is priceless.
The room is extremely tired, the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and we had to sleep on the lounge instead? There was no fly screens on any windows so we couldn’t keep them open?
This was a special 60th birthday surprise and let itself down big time.
This cost me a small fortune to boot….
