Cannot fault your service. Their cleaning staff were very friendly and response too. The ladies were great. Bella Vista Whangārei was exceptional from start to finish. Cindy was absolutely amazing — her bubbly personality, genuine warmth, and willingness to help with anything at any time made us feel instantly welcomed. JJ was fantastic as well, always ready with a hand whenever we needed something. Their hospitality truly sets this place apart. We loved the way they greeted us and even opened a room early so we could safely store our belongings. They also recommended several restaurants to try, and every single one was top notch. The attention to detail and level of customer service here simply cannot be faulted. The location is ideal — just a stone’s throw from the city centre yet with easy access to the highway. Amenities were great too, including the bonus of a free washing machine. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price. Our favourite stay as we travelled around the north island of New Z - The property is a traditional motor inn by appearance but everything was exceptionally newly painted, clean and fresh. The bathrooms are updated with a great shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms very quiet. No traffic noise! We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting at the table and chairs outside our room entrance. Nothing not to like!

• Michael (10/5): Liebevoll und sehr sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad im großen Haus der Gastgeberin. - Die Unterkunft war aussergewöhnlich sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Zimmer war mit eigenem Bad. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig und hat ausgesprochen gut funktioniert. Man konnte die Küche und das Esszimmer der Gastgeber uneingeschränkt mit benutzen. Die Gastgeberin Katherin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten im Pool baden. Dazu bekamen wir ungefragt zusätzliche große Handtücher. Die untergehende Sonne haben wir auf der Terrasse genossen, ihre Küche benutzt und bekamen am Morgen leckeren Kaffee. Dazu ein ausgesprochen nettes Gespräch über das Leben in Neuseeland und dem Rest der Welt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden.
