Staff were friendly on arrival and the whole process was easy. I didn't receive the wifi details with my room keys and by the time I realised the reception was closed. Small detail which I sorted by using a hotspot off my phone.

• NAOMI (7/5): - ビーチに近く、歩いて行ける範囲にカフェやレストランが多くあり便利。部屋も清潔で、チェックインも簡単でした。 2ベッドルーム+2バスルームの部屋を予約したのに、2ベッドルームでバスルームが1つしかない部屋を割り当てられた。ベットについては何も希望を出してなかったが、宿泊前日にホテル側から電話があり、2キングベットがいいか、1キングベット&2シングルベットがいいかと聞かれたので、2キングベットと答えたが、それはあくまでも2バスルームが前提の話しで、ベットのタイプは希望でしかないのに、部屋に入ったらバスルームは1つしかなくて、非常にびっくりした。すぐにホテル側に連絡したら、2バスルームの部屋に変更してくれたが、長時間の運転の後で疲れていたので、非常にがっかりした。2バスルームで予約していたら、ベットのタイプよりもそちらが重要であると宿泊者が考えていると理解するべきだと思う。ベットのタイプはあくまでも希望です。宿泊者の意向がはっきりしなければ、宿泊者に連絡して確認するべきです。部屋割りをする担当者はもっと慎重になってほしい。ロケーションも良く、部屋も綺麗なので、残念です。

Location was central, close to water and places to eat. Room was clean with a small balcony with view. I was pleasantly surprised, didn't know what to expect. There was nothing I didn't like about the room. Will definitely consider next time.

• imelda (6/5): We were looking forward to bonding but my husband & I were put in a totally separate room, very small and we paid $3 - location when i stayed here a few months ago, we had 3 rooms all connected. I asked for the same setup but when we arriced, i was given a very small room separate from the other two rooms which was on another floor. because the 2 rooms had 4 adults in it, i requested for an extra key at least ( they were gicen only 2 keys as according to the staff, there was only one entrance!) the next day, we asked for an extra key again as the 4 adults had to wait for each other all tge time. this time, there was a lovely lady who provided a third key. thank you.

• Nicole (4/5): Rude staff , and wrong room - The location is good, the cleaning staff were friendly. The main staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. We were given the wrong room type , we had booked with spa weeks earlier and we arrivee at the start of check in but when i complained the response was oh well sorry. Peter eventually said oh well i can give you a breakfast voucher instead but could not have cared less about their mistake. The lady yelled at our kids for walking their bikes to our room stated it was policy but when an adult asked her she backed down and said oh well its policy which she then couldnt show us then clamied it was because of the carpet which we pointed out were old and worn, to which she agreed they were going to be replaced Just awful they claim to family friendly but they are not. The two main staff are just plain awful rrallt ruined it for us. The place also smells funny but i had read that in muliple reviews already.

The Corner cafe menu was delicious..Staff friendly and helpful Our 2 bedroom apartment with spa and waterviews was beautiful and spacious and beds were so comfy. Would love to stay again. Nothing to complain about.

Could not fault the unit at all. The entire hotel was immaculate in regards to cleanliness and the decor was of very high standard. Nothing at all was unlikeable
