The bed was very comfortable which is my main requirement when travelling a lot for work. It is getting quite run down. Nothing has really been updated in the last 6 or 7 years apart from the mattresses.

But after I do recall booking due to there being a spa, so after some sleuthing, noted that the smaller rooms are "delux" with a spa. So be careful if they offer you an "upgrade".

• Southon (3/5): I expected an average stay, but unfortunately it fell short. - Hosts tried very hard to make you feel welcome and accommodated. Children arguing, loudly until about 10pm. Pillows were like couch cushions and I slept with none as a result. Tidying up rubbish (boxes) outside my room may have helped with the comfort upon arrival.
