The restaurant was exceptional, everything from the table service through to the pricing of meals and the meals themselves was absolutely phenomenal!

• CQtourist (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay. - We had a studio apartment with a generously sized kitchen, a queen bed and a single - so plenty of room. The bathroom was large, very well designed and thought out, and had lots of thoughtful extras like hanging hooks, extra towels etc which so many places simply don't. We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to cater our own breakfast in the excellent kitchen. Our neighbours were obviously working in one of the mining/drilling industries, as they were up well before dawn, getting ready and leaving. They certainly weren't being super noisy, but it woke us up, and it was hard to get back to sleep. There are so many rooms in the hotel, maybe holiday makers could be put in one wing away from the workers?

The cleaning of the rooms was not up to scratch. It was done in a hurry and things were overlooked. The property is in need of some facelift.

The toiletries were minimal and why the labels are so small that you can't read if is shampoo or hand lotion. Prefer the on the wall toiletries.

Large green lawn area We were kept awake with the noisy ignition of the hot water/gas service from the unit next door. I understand that they need to shower, but it's possible they were clueless about the upset it caused us. Each night it happened late into the night, and also was problematic as we have a young child and broken sleep. Please don't be offended by my reply, it's my comment to the question, though our stay was wonderful each day. Thanks for asking

We had a double room, two double beds. While one was super comfy the other was not. Also, my daughter had booked her own room, unfortunately she couldn't use her room tv or cast from a personal device which was a let down.

There was people making noise with a cattle jigger and partying outside from 9pm onwards and when I was awoken at 1am from them, and NO INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO CONTACT AFTERHOURS MANAGEMENT - I braved it and was not comfortable - would have called the police if they did not stop. Most unsatisfactory - especially when travelling alone as a single female.

• Casey (10/5): A wonderful place to rest your weary soul - It was so good to walk straight into our room, after a very long day. It took awhile to cool our room down, as it was a 40degree day. The aircon was much welcomed. We could have had room service breakfast, which we have done so in the past, but we decided to get going to town. ( Totally would recommend breaky too) My bed was very comfortable, where as my daughters was very firm. The only downside was the pillowa were far too fat, like a puffer fish lol We do usually always travel with our own pillows but this was a very spur of the moment sleep over.

• Al (9/5): Other than the exhaust fan, it was very good. - Clean and roomy. The exhaust fan in the toilet/shower area was not working properly. It was noisy, clunky and couldn’t be used.
• Rose (10/5): Quiet, clean and Staff are so Helpful. This will be our place to book everytime we come to Roma. - Quiet and clean and we had the pool to ourselves. The only thing is not that it was the accomodations fault is the nav man trying to take us to the wrong location. It tried to take up to a field on the opposite side of the road 😂
• Carol (8/5): - Pool and easy check in
• Vonny69 (10/5): - Staff friendliness and great location with safe undercover parking Include a 2 person lounge chair and microwave would be my only observation
• Wessel (9/5): Great stay in Roma! Ticks all the boxes - Great stay that offers everything you need. Great stay in Roma. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Roma offers more than we expected. Enjoyed the big rig and the steel sculptures. Kids swam for hours... Not much we didnt like - We didnt stay long. The place wasnt overly spectacular or anything - but if offered everything we needed. Generally our experience was pleasant. Loads of insects at night, but not in the rooms, so okay :D
