• Lesley (7/5): Handy location for hospital visit. Accommodation basic and a bit aged. - Close to hospital for an elective admission, accessible to shops, eateries and river transport Room smelt musty and there was chipped paint on walls and skirts, with ingrained dirt around the shower screens. Superficially clean but showing its age. Balcony was spacious and had good view of the river but traffic noise from the main road made it unpleasant to be out there. Even having doors open the noise was unpleasant. Fortunately closed doors kept most of it out. Recycling bins were not where they were supposed to be to be. Keys did not fit into the key return slot.

Suncorp is minutes away. So many restaurants to choose from. Ours was a 1 bedroom apartment and did not disappoint. Views of the river were spectacular I can’t fault

Easy to get into the city and appreciated the parking and closeness to shops and several different kinds of places to eat. Sadly my adult son’s bed was so saggy and uncomfortable we had to bought an airbed for him to use (we stayed several days)

• Gerald (10/5): Very comfortable! - We stayed at Inn on the Park Apartments for 3 nights at the end of a trip to North Island New Zealand and Australia. We appreciated having parking with was relatively easy to get into. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed - we loved having a small laundry room included. We enjoyed the balcony with view to the park and found our toom to be very quiet, despite the property being on a very busy street. The Inn is close to shopping - we didn't walk to the nearby Toowong Village shopping centre since we were buying groceries, but I think it would be doable. We appreciated being able to watch a bit of tv at the end of a busy day - a lot of the hotels we've encountered had internet tv (which didn't apprear to be the case here), and we haven't found it very satisfactory. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. N/A

Easy access to CityCat ferry and area roads/highways. A few simple additions would have greatly improved the kitchen, e.g. salt and pepper shakers, paper towels, a strainer/colander. Also, information about local stores and restaurants would have been much appreciated.

• Maria Eugenia (10/5): Perfect Apartments for Our Brisbane Stay - Our group stayed in two apartments here - a couple and a family of four - and we couldn't have been happier. The couple even got upgraded, for free, to a 2-bedroom apartment, which was a lovely surprise! The apartments were spotlessly clean and having a full kitchen and washing and drying facilities made our lives so much easier during the holidays. Having a bus stop and ferry station just meters away made exploring Brisbane incredibly easy. The highlight was watching the New Year's Eve fireworks from Regatta right from our balcony - absolutely magical! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, answering all our questions, providing extra toiletries when we requested them, and letting us store our luggage at both check-in and check-out.

• Kerstin (8/5): Handy location, comfortable stay. - Location was handy to public transport, groceries and some nice eating places. Really like the outside balcony furniture. There was a day bed style couch arrangement that was very nice to sit and relax in the afternoons. There was an incident that occurred with people staying in the apartment next door to us and the management team were onto this immediately they were made aware of the issue. We very much appreciated the prompt action. Nothing I would say we "didn't like", more things that could perhaps be looked into for future comfort of the next visitors: * None of the remotes for the fans worked and the bedrooms got very hot. This was not too much of an issue as the air conditioning worked fine and we relied on this for cooling. Meant we had to shut all windows and doors to the balcony, rather than have a fan going and fresh air. * Recommend an audit of the kitchen utensils to identify what else should be there (e.g. spatula for turning pancakes or omelettes, sieve for draining rice, etc), would make cooking that little bit easier. These are just minor things.

Parking secure and easily accessed. Only one air conditioner in lounge area for whole unit. Second bedroom felt stuffy and air conditioner did not reach it.
