• Amanda (7/5): A pleasant stay overall, but let down by an uncomfortable mattress - Walking distance to shops, bakery, chemist, pub ect. Having the washing machine and dryer was wonderful. Property is quiet, beautiful gardens. We struggled with the mattress in room 31, as it sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on. It may be time for a replacement to improve guest comfort. It’s a shame, as we’ve otherwise enjoyed staying here, but the condition of the mattress would make us hesitant to return unless it’s addressed.

• Samuel (9/5): Go-to plave in Emerald. - Great place. Always private, quiet, clean and good kitchen & bed. The room22 had broken heating wlement in the dryer. My clothes almost got distroyed. That needs fixng. There were ants in the bathroom the morning.

• Louise (10/5): - Firstly looking at the photo on your website it looks as though there are 2 villas, one down and the other upstairs. To my absolute delight there were a pleatha of villas behind the the 2 storey building shown in your advising photo. What a surprise. All villas are personised and there are hedges to ensure privacy. There is a common area for sitting to chat to other people plus a very very clean BBQ area in the same complex. Two air con, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, bonus. A unique laundry in the bathroom, that you would never guess was there. There is an excellent pub about 100 meters down the street. NOTHING

I understand calcium build up restricts flow ( the basin taps had great pressure and flow) but the shower head needs replacing.

• Florence (10/5): Everything else was exceptional except the dirty linen which was replaced after I complained - The linen was dirty, with hair on the sheets and the pillow slips. There was a big round spot on the bottom sheet in the middle. I removed the sheet and just slept on the top blanket. In the morning I approached the cleaning staff and requested for a replacement of linen, she showed me the list of rooms she was supposed to change linen for and our room was not on the list and when I asked her to come and see the linen, she spotted the big dirty spot on the middle of the sheet then she apologised and changed the linen and everything else has been good. • Helen Noto (10/5): Absolute lovely Manager Alison who made our stay very enjoyable. - Fantastic location & easy to find. Unit was very clean & had everything we could need plus a washing machine & dryer. Because of the location you don't get a lot of road noise so it's easy to sleep-in. The bed was so comfortable. We would stay again without a doubt.

Also had problems with the booking but not with host. It appears I booked twice and this caused cancellation of the booking and credit card.

Equipped with washing machine and dryer which is excellent after being on the road for a number of days. It is well located close to a Woolworths. My husband found the bed a little soft however I was quite comfortable.
