• Julie (7/5): A bit of TLC would be helpful - I like the location and assigned parking I booked and paid for a roll away bed. Instead, there was a sofa lounge bed that had not been cleaned, which I had to request bedding for so that I could make it up myself. Not worth the extra $40 per night. The shower door opens to a width of about 30cm. A bigger person would need to go without a shower. The staff do not provide enough incidentals, the kitchen could do with a good clean and a tidy out of the cupboards. There was no pantry space

• Judy (6/5): Noisy if not up on top levels, beds are not comfortable. - The receptionist on arrival was ever so patient with us as we finally found an apartment that come close to what I had booked. It was close to the Wesley hospital & shops. Easy access to trains & river taxis. Not fully airconditioned. No ceiling fans. The apartment was comfortable enough however not clean as should have been. I understand the cleaners only get a short time to do each apartment. It was obvious to the eye that the carpets need to be professionally cleaned & it needed a good vacuum which we could have done ourselves if we had a vaccum cleaner that worked. The patio looks like it never gets cleaned. Plants out there that are not cared for. I always bring my own tea towel as the ones given in apartments are useless as they are like new & don't dry the dishes properly. Some of the cups,dishes, pots & cutlery were not cleaned properly. The kettle needs replacing as it had calcium floating around so couldn't use. Had to boil water in the stove which wasn't a problem. We pay good money to stay in these self contained apartments & to not deliver an apartment that is equiped with what is to make it feel like at home is not good enough. We had to buy Glen20 to kill that allergies in the apartment. Never done this before. Would I stay here again... No!!!

Loved having access to washing machine and dryer barely enough toilet paper provided for the length of stay. some damage to plaster walls and ceilings. Bathroom fittings slightly damaged/worn

Scuff marks as you entered the apartment. Pans were rusty so I couldn't cook. Cutlery and cups had not been cleaned. Soap scum on the shower screen. Window screens were broken. Pill left from previous people under my daughters bed, indicates no vacuuming. Squashed empty bottle in the side of my bed.

• Vanessa (10/5): Perfect location, super facilities and suiting our budget. - Conveniently located for our purpose of the visit, next to the Wesley Hospital which is few minutes walk from Oasis Apartments. We were in Unit 20 on the 3rd level. The views of the Brisbane river and beyond from the city Centre and the towering sky scrapers to the occasional reflections of the morning sun-rays against planes taking off or landing was stunning. From the Oasis apartment we could easily explore all the suburb’s accessible by the CityCat Ferries. Everything was perfect. The cost suited our budget and services super. We were going to inform the Management to check the dinning chairs. The ones(two) we used each had a nail on the edge, felt upon applying pressure. which we became aware off and were careful. Someone can easily injure himself/herself.

• Richard & Carmen (7/5): Not happy with 1st unit we were shown & 8th floor unit badly in need of repairs - The higher floor & the views Several doors needed attention in kitchen & missing screws in concertina doors between bedroom & lounge which made them difficult to open & close & very badly burnt on frypan (should be in the bin) - was not able to make a toasted sandwich. Bed was a little small & bit lumpy. Couch ok

• David (9/5): Very close to Wesley Hospital which is why we chose the location - The property is very well maintained. The pool, exercise room and bar-b-Que area are also very well maintained. There are several new construction sites surrounding the property and construction was going on throughout the night.

• Lisa (6/5): Great location for Wesley Hospital - Location - excellent for Wesley but steep uphill walk. Onsite parking made it easy access. Close to City and lots of local shops and food. Room size - paid to upgrade to 2 bed/2 bath apt, large rooms, comfy main bed and furniture. Nice view over River. Booked a 1 bed apt that was small, poorly equipped and presented. Shabby and in need of attention. Bad smell from blocked drain and food scraps in sink, broken garbage disposal that shorted power. Room should have been removed from letting pool for repairs, very disappointing that it was let for our long stay. Paid to change to 2 bed apt. 2 bed apt better but oven didn't work, broken window that let in noise and rain and air-con kept icing-up. 2nd bed hard and no air-con.

• Anne (9/5): Nice place. - Very large private veranda. Comfy bed. Easy to use smart TV. Easy access to train station. The whole place felt like we were in a very expensive hotel. The carpark was very spacious, probably the biggest and easiest I've ever seen for a hotel. Fast elevators. Nice pool. It has a shower over bath, so might be hard for people with mobility issues to get in and out.

When we wanted to ask things there was no one there to ask. Having to call someone very different experience to talking to someone face to face.

The apartment, like previous times, needs a bit of care and attention - nothing too bad but could be better. Also, there was very active building construction activity going on nearby for 6 days straight, starting early. (Would have been nice to know before we arrived or supplied earplugs!)

• Sandra (6/5): Ok, just ok. - Location Only 1 key given for 3 adults/2kids with different schedules. No pool towels No one took our call Sat (after a late check in Fri) not enough towels in room for 5 people booking. Hole in wall in robe wall, ensuite bathroom mould in shower. Light bulbs need checking as not all lights worked No air con in bedrooms 2&3 - that was not advertised and we would not have booked it as it was a pre-requisite and when booking I asked if apartment air conditioned. Sleep was hard to get on Saturday night due to heat. I called after check out on Monday as I’d left a jewellery box and pair of earrings in ensuite bathroom - still no call back advising if found.

• Donica (8/5): Comfy beds, but needs a refresh - The pool and BBQ area was excellent. We had a group of us with kids stay here for NYE. We had a great time. Very dated and needs more than a refresh. (Carpet stains from use/age, furniture dated, etc). However, the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a roll away cot for our daughter which worked great for us. Nothing fancy here but worked for what we needed for our stay.
• Muhammad Ramos Suryanta (9/5): Great place to stay with family. - Complete set of cooking equipments and gas stove. One AC in the living room(but its big enough and adequate for both bed room). Wifi are great and high speed, Smart TV working fine. Its location near Brisbane Grammar school. Less than 5 minutes to shopping mall (Toowong). The floor a bit dusty, but its manageable, they also provide vacuum cleaner.

• Woolley (6/5): Good stay for short term holiday if doing lots of activities. - Distance to places we went was relatively close, the pool and spa was very cleanly and enjoyable, room was decent (some issues), designated parking space was great. There was a bit of damage to the room, broken parts on cabinets, scuff marks on the walls, the air vent in the bathroom was loose. Just little things that we didn’t want to get accused of breaking.

• Jessica (5/5): It was ok, not sure it was worth the nightly rate I paid. - Location, pool Cleanliness of the room- tracks were so dusty, the curtains need to be replaced as very stained. The gas stove didn’t work which was disappointing as I booked an apartment to cook food. Lack of containers, odd amount tons plates/ saucers etc When I turned the oven on at power point the stove made a clicking sound every few minutes. The shower head kept dropping down, there was no washer.

The crockery, bathroom, balcony and its furniture were dirty. There was a potentially dangerous Power point in the room. Two chairs were broken and unusable, the clock did not work, there was insufficient crockery/kitchen items (ie. no bottle opener, only a few bits of mis-matched crockery.

• Ainsley (7/5): Value for money if that’s what you’re looking for. - The pool facilities are good. Room is a good size. Rooms are very dated. Smell musky. Appears that the outside of the facility has been updated but not the room we stayed in. A little misleading from the photos online.
• Smith (7/5): - Location was excellent for our needs. Bedding was good, sheets clean. The carpets were very dirty, as was the balcony floor. The apartment was very tired looking.
• Joy (10/5): - I travel to Brisbane for work and these apartments are always my go to.. the location with free on-site parking included makes it the perfect place to stay. There has been some construction around so it can be a bit noisy but that's not the fault of Oasis. But something to be mindful of if you want sleep ins.
