Guest Reviews
- Cassie (10/5): I stayed here to be close to bowling club to watch my nephew play bowls - Quiet N/A
- Lesley (8/5): -
- Kylie (8/5): I would stay here again. It was great for the price, good location, easy to find. - Located in a great spot for what we needed. Price was very affordable. Nice little pub for a couple of drinks before our event. Staff were friendly and efficient. The fridge made a really loud noise all night. There was some bread left in a drawer from previous guests. The curtains don’t quite cover the windows.
- John (9/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Leah (7/5): A basic room for the right price - A basic cheap room for the night. It was clean and tidy and had what we wanted. If you dont expect any luxury it's fine!
- Jan (9/5): - Friendly helpful staff Couldnt get the air conditioner to work
- Kylie (7/5): - The accommodation was clean and tidy exactly what I expected for the price we paid very reasonable pricing we were on the second level so the room was quite stuffy when we first got in and had to open the windows for fresh air
- Bradley (8/5): -
- Zac (7/5): -
- Krystal (10/5): -
- Bob (8/5): -
- Helen (7/5): For what we required it was ok. - Close to the venue for the function we were attending. Not too noisy. Some of the vertical blind slats were missing so made for an early wake up time. No hairdryer in the room.
- Rogers (9/5): Served our need for an overnight place to stay, with good pub food and good price. - Great country hotel vibe. Welcoming staff. Good food. Good sized room. Good value. Tight parking but, hey, if that's all you've got to pick on, then it can't be too bad!
- Robert (8/5): Great place to stay, great food and friendly atmosphere and entertainment at a great price. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel serves excellent food at very reasonable prices. Bed mattress hust staryng to get a little lumpy, could do with replacing soon.
- Sandra (7/5): Sweet place to stay. Would stay again. - Great location. Nice place. Towels were a decent size and felt soft. The room met our needs. Parking was good. Some of the vertical blinds were missing which affected privacy, especially when the lights were on, and also let the sun in early.
- Melanie (3/5): Would only stay if you need to save money and don’t care where you sleep. - Honestly except for the location nothing. The room was not clean. The walls are paper thin. The curtains had missing elements and people potentially can look in. The door lock has holes which are only filled with toilet paper.

- James (1/5): Worst managed accommodation I have stayed in- unsafe, dirty, noisy, and a potential health hazard! - Nothing. The experience with Station Hotel Kurri Kurri from first contact was bad. I booked 2 nights on Booking.com, which clearly displayed an early check in from 1pm.
When I tried to book in shortly after 1 pm, I was advised the room was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes.
When I came back in 45 minutes to book in, the cleaners had still not finished. The floors were wet and potentially unsafe.
Upon entering the room, I found the following: The Airconditioning unit, upon inspection, was filthy and a potential health hazard. The Microwave was also filthy and had remnants of dried melted cheese all over the glass carousel and built-up grease inside the door. The second floor was filled with second hand smoke from residents smoking outside their rooms.
Around 7 pm, new guests arrived upstairs and began to behave in a rowdy and disturbing fashion. As the night drew on, the noise increased, as did the use of profanity and bad language. This behavior was reported to the Hotel Manager, Anna, no less than three time over the space 3 hours, as her assurances that she would address the problem resulted in no change to the problem. I was left feeling unsafe and unable to leave my room, for fear of being approached by rowdy drunks who had taken over the second floor. The noise increased as the group moved to the Beer garden and downstairs. This continued until around 3:00 am. I called the hotel again at 2:00 am, and spoke with a male named Pat, and advised that I would not be continuing with my booking, and that I was requesting a refund and cancellation of my booking on the 19th. He advised he would arrange this to be dealt with by the house cleaners the following morning. As no one was in contact with me by 9:30 am, I again rang the hotel number and spoke with Debbie. Upon relaying my situation, she offered me a cash refund of the nights booking for the 19th, which I accepted. I again requested that she ask the Manager, to ring me to confirm cancellation of the booking or the 19th. The Motel has refused this request.

- Debbie (8/5): - Clean room, convenient location
- James (7/5): Great - wish we could have stayed longer ! - Old fashioned room but nicely updated. We were only there for a few hours due to very late arrival and early departure but staff went out of their way to let us in after 1 am. Very comfy king bed and great shower, although the shower recess was tiny. Car park very full as shared with hotel, Difficult for large vehicle.
- Kathleen (7/5): Quiet and comfortable - Comfy beds, good shower. Renivated roons at back of the pub were quiet.

- Janie (7/5): - Our room was perfect for a quick stay on our way to Sydney. We ate at the bistro, the nicest chicken schnitzel I've ever had! There wasn't a reception as such so have to pay at the bar counter
- Ashitha (6/5): -
- Graham (6/5): Okay for the price but not again. - Location was good. Rooms are tired. Blinds need to be replaced.
The pub staff were friendly but the food was average in the bistro.

- Kerrieann (8/5): Value for money, comfortable and hassle free two thumbs up - Easy to find, plenty of parking, my two kids and I had plenty of space and we all thought the beds were comfy.
Clean bathroom and a spacious bench as a kitchenette. We also ate dinner in the bistro / pub and had the platter which was delicious! New menu which was a mixture enough for 3 people - highly recommended. Sorry I dont remember the guy behind the bar's name but he was polite, helpful and leaving was hassle free as we left early before opening. Dessert Menu, I get there was a new menu, but even basic dessert would have been good. We did see a cake display cabinet so guessing there were cakes available at some stage even ice cream
- Teena (9/5): It was a good, clean, well appointed room. - The room was well appointed and a good size.
Service was very good.

- Cassy (4/5): - Bed are old and hard. The place was not that clean and the room smell
- Andre (8/5): -
- Peta (7/5): Cheap & simple, sparse but clean. Could not have asked for more given the low price point. - Good value for money and close to the venue I was attending. Easy to check in and the bar staff were lovely. Not many ammenities (no shampoo/conditioner etc), but for the price I wasn't expecting any. Just make sure you go prepared. Tea, coffee and milk were provided.

- Lisa (4/5): Beds and sheets clean and comfortable - The bed was comfortable Was dirty, hair everywhere in the room
- Danny (6/5): - Clean unit Air conditioning hardly worked..
The dual flush toilet didn't work on bg.flush
Unable to open locked windows
- Lisa (9/5): -
- Giacometrics (1/5): Horrible - room #10 should not be available to the public until it is made private. - Location was good. The only positive feature.
Kettle worked.
Air con worked. Room #10 is not private. Of the 4 windows in the room, only 1 had a complete set of vertical blinds. The window overlooking a public area had 2 slats missing- people can watch you while you sleep (see photo) with no other option to block the window. Found this out after arriving back from the concert, so skipped staying there and drove the 3 hours home instead. Not worth it.
Bathroom also not very clean. Soap scum everywhere.
Toilet roll holder disintegrated as soon as it was touched.
Phoned the day before for a midday checkin, even though we were aware of the 2pm checkin time, but it doesnt hurt to ask as we were driving 3 hours from Wollongong. Gentleman on the phone said it was no issue.
Upon arrival, the lady refused and said "read your paperwork, it says 2pm." So we headed back to the car and advised some other people of what just happened. They came out not longafterward and told us that their friend just checked in after us.
- Emma (7/5): -
- jorge (6/5): - Noise.
- Deb (5/5): While it was a last minute decision and convenient to where we needed to be, the meals where standard pub fare they had - Not much If you book a pub motel you expect it to be noisy, either the patrons, music etc. The floor was dirty esp in the corners of bathroom and behind doors verticals missing on all windows.
- Craig (8/5): -
- Troy (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Great location, very clean and quiet.
- James (7/5): -
- Renee (8/5): - Space Parking
- Rhonda (3/5): - The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work. The noise until midnight was so loud.
- DON (7/5): -
- Kasey (8/5): - The location was perfect for an event we attended within walking distance. The air con wasn’t working when we arrived
- kristy (5/5): -
- beth (7/5): comfotable friendly fun parking on site Motel offen booked out - that should say it all. - its very reasonably priced affordable its not a high end facility. you get what you pay for. - Ross (3/5): Expensive for what it was ! -
- Stan (6/5): Basic and cheap - Cheap Pretty basic but met the need for 1 night
- Deo (8/5): -
- Erik (7/5): -
- Marina (4/5): -
- Bridger (2/5): Stay anywhere but here - Absolutely nothing The car park is a joke, the noise and fighting from the pub and I booked a room for 3 people 2 adults and a child and given one fork for 3 people what a joke
- Leanne (6/5): -
- franklin (5/5): -
- ANIKET (6/5): - Nice staff
