• Stephen (6/5): Decent stay, not the best value, a bit far from town and activities, nice and quite though. - Clean, cooking/coffee/tea pretty basic, basic toilet, cramped sink. Bed good. Location ok, could be closer to main street. Positive comms with managers. Bathroom was very basic and a little cramped in terms of counter space. Amenities pretty basic for the cost.
• NADIA (9/5): - The property was fantastic. Very clean, easy to access. Instructions on the where and how was awesome, easy to follow. We had a wedding at "the Heads" so location was spot on. After a big day and night on our feet we were looking forward to a good sleep and that's exactly what we had. Thank you for the comfy beds !! I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Facilities were old, wifi very bad, ask for help but no solution and reply. Just ask us to find the black plug from kitchen which we couldn't find, after that not any follow-up about our issue. One of the shower head no power. Kitchen accessories dont check whether enough for next customer. Like foil paper just a tiny piece left over. When we find out too late to buy it. Cushion look dirt, couch look a bit dirt, seem not vacuums properly

Cobwebs, poorly maintained as there was lots of dust and dirt build up, toilet roll holder rusted and broken. Exhaust fan rusted and not working, mould in and around the shower. We had to wash the coffee cups before use as they were stained and dirty. Bin was dirty. Carpet was stained and dirty. Disappointing.

• Sylvia (9/5): Beautiful self contained cottages, highly recommend a stay at Seahaven. - Gorgeous self contained cottages, close to the beach & local amenities. Great for families. Our accommodation was very cosy & spacious. It would be a great place to enjoy a longer stay in the area at any time of year. We had a little difficulty manoeuvring our car into the parking spot, you'll need to take extra care navigating the space. Bathrooms are clean but could use a little extra touch up, we found the ensuite shower in the extra room the cleanest to use. Spa bath looked a little worn & weathered and didn't appeal to use the shower over it. Overall though we really loved the setup of the unit & would love to come back & stay for a longer time.

• Ceara (9/5): Great house in a great town - The property is great , lovely bright big kitchen and dining area with all your holiday needs , the kitchen is full of everything you could need to entertain a large group , the bath was used to relax and wash off all the worries of everyday life . The weather was damp and cold we lit the stove to crisp up the house, it worked a treat ! I just wish the bath had been cleaned properly , I had to give it a good scouring before it was used . Also wish there was more firewood available.

When turning on the shower, the door cannot be left ajar as water flows from the shower into the hallway. For a 2 bedroom apartment 3 coat hangers is not enough - not even for 2 people using only one bedroom. No drawer storage in either bedroom. We washed and hung out laundry and when we brought it in it was covered in black spots ??something from the overhanging tree.

Bedding was very comfortable. The fans in the bedrooms were extremely dusty and there were many cobwebs. Living area lacked privacy ( overlooked the living area in the unit opposite)

The bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work nor the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom requires a good clean. Toilet seat underneath was very dirty as. Cooking condiment containers were very dirty.

The cleanliness of the property was superficial. Lots of spider webs in all corners and next to bed etc. Outside ..also was not appealing to sit as table etc dirty and cobwebs everywhere. We thought we we staying in a resort but this unit was outside ... attached to a home. I feel this should be disclosed before taking the booking.

• Karen (4/5): Would not recommend staying here !! - It was in a good location and it was well equipped . It had a nice outside area The property was dirty and had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned . The kitchen floor was sticky and covered in pet hair as was the sitting room so we had to clean it ourselves . There were dead flies and thick dust on the windows . I opened the window to clean it and it didn’t stay open but fell on my arm and injured it . We contacted Natasha straight away and she said it was a busy time with changeovers . She did agree to send the cleaner to the property the next day . We had rented 2 cottages and friends had rented another 3 as we were all visiting from the UK for a wedding . Every cottage needed deep cleans and the outside areas were dirty and also had not been cleaned properly. The cottages have no soundproofing and I was kept awake 2 nights in a row by a distressed baby in the adjacent cottage .

Loved the on sites car spot. Found the mattress a little soft and the water temp in the shower kept changing and didn't stay constant.
