Looks after the guest so well definitely has made our stays there fantastic. The kitchen staff are so lovely food is great and they are so helpful and friendly. We keep coming back as we know our stay will be fantastic.

Melissa (9/5): Super clean and off the main road, good motel. - Location was great because it was away from the highway and traffic noise was non-existent. Staff were very welcoming. Place was spotless as were the grounds.

Sian (5/5): - Location was good as it wasn’t on a main road. Fairly quiet other than foot steps in units above The bistro was not what I expected it would be. It would have been nicer to be able to order meals, rather than the buffet style. It was a very mining camp feel and not family orientated. If I knew it was majority mining orientated, we would have chosen somewhere more suitable for families. The mould in the bathroom was dreadful and felt unclean

Brendan (9/5): Very enjoyable and it was a pity we couldn’t spend more time in the Unit. - We didn’t spend much time ‘in house’ as we were visiting friends in Chinchilla. The plug in the kitchen sink was no good and needs throwing away- it was so annoying as water/suds would not remain in the sink. I know this was a small matter but it was very annoying. Also the TV remote needs new batteries.

Jan (7/5): I'm not too impressed with King Apartments - Water pressure was good in the shower. We only had one towel, no tea towel, and limited tea bags. The vanity was not clean. Pillows were terrible. The room showed signs of water damage, and the ceiling needs to be fixed.

Only one chair to relax in not suitable for a couple travelling. Staff knocked on the door at 8 am to clean the room?

Samantha (8/5): - This was my second stay here and unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good as my last. My room was only made up once during my 4 nights stay even though the please make up sign was put out each time. Still a decent place to stay but I think they need to improve on house keeping.

Wendy (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable, private & quiet unit with quality facilities. Great buffet dinner option at extra cost. Initially, despite the fact that we'd booked a Queen Unit, we were placed in a unit with twin beds pushed together. We were not phased by this, however, it proved to be an extremely uncomfortable & restless night's sleep! Also, the toilet seat was loose + hazardous! Complained to Management next morning, who were very helpful & thankfully we were able to relocate to another unit.

Jen (2/5): - My room the seal in the glass sliding door was broken and the wind howled high pitched through the night, I also did not get any sleep due to the noisy couple next door to me in room 20, right up until 1am! Will not be staying here again, poor service and room was filthy.

Darcy (7/5): It was pleasant enough...although the house-keeping put all the "clean" towels in a shopping trollie - The staff were nice, the bedroom was clean and lovely. Bed comfy and the room quiet. I'm astounded that you didn't have any Bonsoy soy milk. Wasn't able to have half the things on offer for breakfast... The shower head in our shower was grose. The shower leaked... You should offer breakfast buffet on weekends or a discount for accommodation since you don't provide breakfast on weekends.

Stacey (7/5): Good - Liked that it was modern Didn't like the fact that the ceiling and walls in our room (room 12) were in dire need of repair with the paint or something white crumbling onto the floor and big bubbles on walls and ceiling. The shower leaked all over the floor. only the heat lamps and fan worked in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was dodgy.
