• Gerry (9/5): Very relaxed stay , made welcome and felt very comfortable - Overall the staff member assisting us was great we had to cancel our initial booking because of road closures and flooding so was not able to get to to Roydons as planned , but we were able to cancel and rebook on our return journey the staff member made it so easy . Just a bit dated but to be expected for the price range. The entry and exit and parking was a bit tight, not much the owners can do as this was allowed by the council at the time of the build.

• Erin (9/5): Clean, friendly and comfortable - The beds were super comfortable and the room was well laid out and very fresh. Exceptionally clean. The shower was clean and powerful. The owners were friendly, hardworking and very accommodating. The outdoor BBQ area made it easy to sit and chat outside of the room. Would definitely stay again The only suggestion I have is regarding the lighting. All of the lights were either ceiling lights or a single wall light, which made bedtime for our baby and toddler a bit challenging because the lighting was quite bright. Having a lamp or softer lighting option available would have made that much easier.
• Kenneth (9/5): Overall, because of the comfortable bed and friendly staff it was a nice stay. Even though the hotel is on a main road, - As always the staff member was very friendly and welcoming, they had given bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, the tiles are quite old.
• Stephens (10/5): Absolute comfort and bliss. - The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in, and the pillows were amazing! The room was lovely and clean and THE SHOWER!!! Wow!!! It was so good! best shower head and amazing pressure. Only thing that is through no fault of the owners, but it was a tad noisy with cars, but nothing that a little white noise on the phone cannot fix. Great room and great location! so close to the main street of town.

It is on a main road so there is road noise but that is to be expected. The beds were very soft but ok for 1 night that we were there.

• Carla (10/5): Was super convenient, pleasant and affordable stay for our soccer weekend in Tamworth - we could have sat in the pool an - The renovated rooms have been thoughtfully refreshed with some lovey touches. The owners have done a great job of breathing new life into the place. They’ve got all the necessities to make your stay easy - and they’ve not skimped on the service touches. Was nice to have seperate pool towels and the pool was clean and just what we needed. It was our pups first hotel stay and she loved it too! Some rooms are along the main road. If you are sensitive to traffic noise like me, just bring some earplugs and it’s fine!

The timber floor covering was great, no smelly strong carpet cleaner smells to tolerate (we were grateful that our room was dog friendly). The basic kitchenette facilities were great, as was the outdoor/undercover barbecue area close to our room. They even give you a barbecue tray which was fabulous. Comfy beds, great shower. Very quiet room despite being close to the highway. Staff provided excellwnt service. Pool was great. Overall a great place to stay. Having covered car parks would be a great addition (particularly when its pouring rain). Parking bays are very tight.(as is space to manouvre vehicles within the complex) The family room is very small, not much space for up to 4 persons.
